Jó helyen lévő, kényelmes szálloda, nagyon kedves személyzettel, jó medencével.
Pros:

Medence, a személyzet, az elhelyezkedés, a tisztaság mind kitűnő volt. A strand közel, az út másik oldalán található. A szobából a tengert láttuk. A légkondicionálás is jól működött.

Cons:

A parkoló nagyon szűkös, nehéz ki- és beparkolni. A reggeli jó, de minden nap pontosan ugyanazt tálalják fel, így egy hosszabb tartózkodás esetén kissé unalmas.

Personal unterbesetzt beim Frühstück an stark belegten Wochenenden.
Pool ist sehr klein und wenig Schatten in diesem Bereich - Strand wird empfohlen (Liegestühle kostenpflichtig).

A lovely stay in Pesaro. Hotel’s location is perfect and the amenities and staff wonderful. Breakfast was also terrific.

The room we were initially assigned (Room 404) did not match the description on Booking.com. It was advertised as 22 m², but it felt much smaller, with barely enough space for the bed and almost no furniture apart from a TV and a few clothes hangers. The entrance door opened directly onto the bed, which was very disappointing.

The ceiling was made up of square panels measuring approximately 50 × 50 cm. There were around six panels across the width and six along the length, which suggests a room of roughly 3 × 3 metres. Although this is only an estimate based on the visible ceiling panels, it reinforced my impression that the room was significantly smaller than the 22 m² advertised on Booking.com.

I raised this issue with the reception immediately after check-in, but no room change was offered at that time.

A few days later, the toilet became blocked and sewage, including fecal matter, overflowed into the bathroom. Although the hotel explained that the blockage had been caused by previous guests, this resulted in an unacceptable hygiene situation during our stay. Only after this incident were we moved to another room.

The staff were polite and eventually upgraded our room, which I appreciate. However, I do not believe this made up for the misleading room description and the serious hygiene issue we experienced. Overall, the stay did not meet the standard I expected based on the information provided on Booking.com.

Everything was very nice, especially breakfast on the terasse. Hotel is right on the beach, many restaurants nearby, a 300 m from bigger supermarket and 20 min walk from historic part of Pesaro. A lot of people use bicycles, and there was an option to borrow them from the hotel :)

Cons:

We didn´t know that we need to book a parking place in the hotel in advance (they charge 25 euro/day - that is also quite expensive). But they gave us an advice to park in a parking garage 300 m away, which was ok and cheaper. There is a nice beach right in front of the hotel, but you pay 27 euro for a day (2 sunbeds+umbrella). Drinks at the beach are way cheaper than by a pool in the hotel, just a tip :)

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Wir waren schon mehrfach im "Charlie" und sind nach wie vor begeistert von diesem Hotel, seiner Architektur und Ausstattung, sowie der Nähe zu Strand und Stadtzentrum, diesmal auch besonders vom Zimmer "The Spirit for Three" mit Meerblick (geräumig, Bad mit Fenster). Hervorheben möchten wir weiterhin das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, besonders im Speisesaal. Frau Alena, aber auch alle anderen waren sehr aufmerksam und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, und auf Sonderbedürfnisse einzugehen. Super war auch die Möglichkeit, nach dem Checkout bis zur späteren Abreisezeit das Schwimmbad und alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche ohne Aufpreis nutzen zu können.
Zu meinen Anmerkungen von 2024 möchte ich festhalten, dass es mittlerweile immer eine vegetarische Alternative im Menü der Halbpension gibt. Eine Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen der nassen Badesachen auf dem Balkon fehlt leider noch ;-)

Cons:

Da wir bei unsrem ersten Aufenthalt 2024 das Abendessen der Halbpension im tollen "Roof" Restaurant (6.Stock) mit grandiosem Ausblick einnehmen konnten, bedauern wir sehr, dass dieses mittlerweile im Sommer geschlossen ist. Auch die Küche hat leider im Vergleich zu den letzten Jahren an Besonderheit verloren. Die zur Auswahl stehenden Gerichte sind zwar immer in Ordnung, aber insgesamt erreichen sie das geschmackliche Highlight der letzten Jahre nicht mehr. Das ist schade.
Noch ein Vorschlag: vielleicht könnte man den Poolbereich noch mehr begrünen, und für besonders heiße Tage zusätzliche Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung stellen.
