Sommerferien in Pesaro
Pros:

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufgestellt, bei Fragen haben sie gerne geholfen. Der Merrblick vom Zimmer aus war ein echtes Highlight.

Non c’era parcheggio disponibile nell’hotel.
Non ci hanno trasportato i bagagli in camera.
Nei 4 e 5 stelle la norma è come minimo un aiuto a portare i bagagli

Lage,Empfang sehr nett,Speisesaal mit schönem Ausblick

Cons:

Wir haben Halbpension gewählt wir das italienische Salat- und Vorspeisenbuffet so lieben.
Leider gab's nur ein minderes Menü, vieles nicht selbstgemacht etc.Dessert mußte man noch extra bezahlen!
Eines Viersternhotels nicht würdig,schade.

Wir suchen uns nächstes Mal wieder einen Familienbetrieb.

Hotel pulito, bello con personale disponibile e gentile.
Pros:

Eccezionale la reception con persone simpatiche,gentili, disponibili e belle. Un grazie particolare a Federica e a Sofia anche per la camera più grande e per il posto auto migliore.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il non tovagliolo di stoffa e la mancanza di tovaglie nel servizio della cena. Anche se il personale addetto in particolare Alena e Rendha sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, camere pulite.

Cons:

Qualità del cibo tra le peggiori mai viste. Personale in reception poco accogliente. Piscina senza bar fino alle 14.00. Prezzi alti per il livello offerto. Arrivo dopo molte ore di auto e ritrovarsi una signora seccata che dice che il parcheggio era da prenotare e che non c’era comunque posto perché l’hotel dispone di un parcheggio limitatissimo. Nessuno ci ha avvisati. Per il cane 20€ al giorno di supplemento + 25€ di pulizia finale obbligatoria. Se intendono marginare basterebbe mettere qualcosa da bere o da mangiare in piscina. Molti oltre a noi lamentavano che non ci fosse alcun servizio in piscina. Non all’altezza del livello che l’hotel pretende di avere.

Lovely stay in June.
Pros:

We liked the location just across from the beach. Near restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely sea view. Quiet, comfortable room, comfortable beds. Nice pool, well-equipped gym.
