Please note that Terrantai Lodge Andino is not suitable for children due to its design and architecture. Our stone walls or the bonfire we light during the nights in the patio, may cause a risk for children younger than 15 years.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

Beautiful plave to stay in Atacama. Nice facilities, great wine tastings in the evening. Great location.
First appearances are deceptive here. There is no frontage, just a footpath and the narrow road. We started to wonder what we come to. What awaits us inside? Franck was waiting for us and gave us a nice welcome and showed us to the breakfast room so we could eat even though breakfast had long finished. Then we were shown to our room at the back of the property. The room was rustic in a charming and characterful way. To the rear of the room was a small garden area with seats. In front to free room was a small pool and there is a large sitting area with tables under a permanent shade/roof. It is enclosed on three sides and really is a nice place to chill. Free wine tastings and nibbles took place each evening of our stay. There is no restaurant on the property, just a really authentic breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent. This is not a problem though as there are several restaurants within a very short walking distance. We were very happy with restaurants we used. On balance this is a small charming hotel that has excellent staff and we would not only recommend it but would happily book again if visiting San Pedro. The afternoon of the day before departure we realised we had no info regarding our onward collection/travel. We had been told we were no longer with one tour operator but now with another. Basically we did not know who was picking us up but importantly when we were being picked up. It took about two hours but between them Christian, Franck and Nicholas sorted everything for us.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location--right in town, close to restaurants and tour pickups. I especially appreciated the happy hour, tea hour, and other ways in which the hotel brought guests together and provided comfortable space to gather outside of our rooms. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were pretty, with comfortable bed and good shower, but small.

From the outside the hotel is very unassuming but when you enter you're met with an amazing, genuine welcome and enter a little oasis of peace and tranquility in the desert! The facilities, the service and especially the people were all amazing. They really made a difference to my stay. It's ideally situated just off the main street so within easy access of bars, restaurants, etc.
Localização excepcional, faz tudo a pé no Centro de São Pedro do Atacama. A pousada é um charme, super linda e muito bem cuidada nos detalhes. O proprietário sempre presente é um verdadeiro gentleman muito simpático que nos deu várias dicas. A pousada oferece uma degustação de vinhos no início da noite que é um momento único muito gostoso entre os hóspedes. Além de ter sempre um chá com uns biscoitos e outros acompanhamentos ao longo do dia a disposição dos hóspedes.
Um elogio todo especial aos funcionários, sempre muito solícitos e prestativos. Não mediam esforços em querer ajudar e fazer o máximo para desfrutarmos o melhor possível da nossa estadia.
Por questões pessoais de conforto, não gostei dos colchões, muito moles.
O hotel é muito aconchegante, ótima cama, limpeza muito boa e o que torna o hotel mais especial ainda é a equipe, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos!
Beautiful, cosy courtyard, pool and garden spaces. Wonderful snacks and wine tasting - so generous! Christian was super!
Sound-proofing was very bad, we could hear other guests talking and the dogs barking!
La ubicación es excelente ! ademas nos encantaron los sectores comunes con degustación de vinos y cositas ricas para picar. La atención muy amable.

Gostei da localização e do conforto da cama e enxoval. O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade, mesmo assim esteve gostoso .
A iluminação é bem ruim. Tem uma mesa na entrada do quarto mas nao tem lâmpada que a ilumine. O mesmo acontece com o armário para guardar roupas. Para ver algo , ligava a luz do banheiro e usava a lanterna do celular. São dois detalhes bem fáceis de resolver, se quiserem.
Localização muito central, cana e chuveiro ótimos. Equipe super simpática!

Localização excelente, recepção e atendimento do gerente em especial, chá da tarde a vinhos e queijos disponíveis todos dias como agrado aos clientes
Quarto um pouco frio mesmo com o aquecedor, piscina linda mas impossível de entrar, precisa de um aquecedor, café da manhã pode ser melhor e principalmente disponibilizar um kit-café da manhã para levar nos passeios que saem mais cedo do que a abertura do mesmo (como ofertado por outros hotéis), custo benefício comparado a mesma categoria um pouco mais elevado
