Angenehmes Hotel mit üppigem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Service. Einladende Lobby und schönes, lichtes Restaurant, kleiner Garten und stufenförmige Terrasse. Pool und Sauna gepflegt. Das Bett war ungewöhnlich komfortabel. Frühstücksbuffet mit größer Auswahl. Bushaltestellen praktisch direkt vor dem Hotel bzw. um die Ecke. Fahrt ins Zentrum mit ÖPNV ca. 20 (Bus/Metro) bis 30 Minuten (nur Bus).

Cons:

Lediglich dies: Jacken und Bademäntel lagen mangels Garderobenhaken herum oder mussten in den Schrank, wo aber leider zu wenig Kleiderbügel hingen. Die feuchten Bademäntel fanden keinen rechten Platz. Für die Gesichtshandtücher gab es eine kleine Stange, auf der sie zu zweit jedoch leider nie trocken wurden.

Rooms were very small and despite asking for an accessibility which was stated not to be ab issue thia turned out to be an issue.
Room was full of hairs and not very clean.

Good hotel we will come again
Pros:

Nice clean hotel front desk lady I think Martina her name was very nice to us and upgrade our room to junior suite
Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast close to paradise mall

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed they informed me few days before we arrived

Cons:

I asked for an omelet at breakfast two days in a row, and both times I was told that the eggs had run out. This is very disappointing and unacceptable during breakfast service.

Хотелът е реновиран. Обзавеждането е стилно и изчистено. Усеща се хармония и спокойствие и в най-малките детайли. Изключително чисто в стаите и общите части. Чудесно спа. Богата и вкусна закуска. Изключително любезен персонал, съдействаха ни за всичко. Гледката към градината от ресторанта вече ни е любима. Останахме очаровани от престоя си. Благодарим за всичко.
