Хорошее месторасположение.2 станции метро в 15 минутах ходьбы.Очень красивая галерея для завтрака.Завтрак очннь хороший и разнообразный.Дружелюбный обслуживающий персонал. В связи с отьездом раньше запланированного срока я попросила письмо и мне его дали( особо это не помогло ,но никто не возражал) Неплохое спа ...бассейн работал до 21:00.

Cons:

Не всегда меняли полотенца когда я просила. Или забывали или давали на 1 меньше.

Όμορφα άνετα δωμάτια με μικρή τουαλέτα υπέροχο προσωπικό αλλά αποφύγετε το πρωινό κ το room service.
Pros:

Το προσωπικό υπέροχο πάντα με το χαμόγελο έτοιμοι να βοηθήσουν ή πισίνα υπέροχη η τοποθεσία όμορφη δεν είναι κοντά σε μετρό αλλά με ταξί που έρχεται σχεδόν αμέσως η ακόμα και με τα πόδια σε περίπου 30-40 λεπτά πηγαίνεις κέντρο. Το δωμάτιο παρά πολύ ευρύχωρο για τρία άτομα άνετο φωτεινό ζεστό νερό σε άνετη ντουζιέρα, άφθονο νερό κλιματισμός ντουλάπες καφετιέρα ησυχία και γενικά όμορφη περιοχή με ασφάλεια. Το πάρκινγκ είναι ασφαλές 24 ώρες.

Το πρωινό δεν ήταν καλό ειδικά για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων ούτε κάν, δεν είχε νερό να πιούμε και εκείνο που ήταν διαθέσιμο ήταν κάτω από την στάθμη της βρύσης και δεν έτρεχε να γεμίσουμε τα ποτήρια και δεν γέμισε κανένας την κανάτα οπότε παραγγείλαμε δύο μπουκάλια 750ml και πληρώσαμε 18 ευρώ...επίσης να πω ότι το νερό δεν έχει καμία σχέση και ειναι κάπως πικρό και γλυφό καλύτερα να πίνετε από την βρύση του ξενοδοχειου, σχεδόν όλα τα εμφιαλωμένα που δοκιμάσαμε στην Σόφια δεν μας ικανοποίησαν σε γεύση, το φαγητό που πήραμε από το room service ήταν πολυ κακό δύο κλάμπ με κοτόπουλο και δύο Caesar salads που δεν τρώγονται με τίποτα παρόλη την όμορφη εμφάνιση τους και τα πληρώσαμε 82 ευρώ...πολύ ακριβά και δεν αρμόζουν σε 5 αστέρια ξενοδοχείο ούτε αυτό και δεν τα φάγαμε κιόλας και κανένας δεν μας ρώτησε γιατί δεν τα φάγαμε; Η τουαλέτα είναι πάρα πολύ μικρή και ένας μεγαλόσωμος άνθρωπος δύσκολα βολεύεται εκεί μέσα. Θα θέλαμε λίγο ακόμα πιο καθαρά να ήταν όλα γενικά ειδικά για 5 αστέρια ξενοδοχείο.

Modernes Hotel mit gutem
Pros:

Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln; der Pool und der Wellnessbereich; das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet; das Frühstück war eine Highlight, Nüsse&Früchte in vielen Variationen, es gab sogar glutenfreie Möglichkeiten.

Cons:

Nur eine Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum mit permanenter Wartezeit für Kaffee. Ab 09:30 Uhr waren gute Brote nicht mehr beim
Frühstück verfügbar.
