In general I think the stuff are doing their best and bring this place up. People on the reception are extremely nice and helpful, breakfasts are great! offering many options, are fresh and nicely presented. I also liked the sustainability path this hotel decided to follow - big thumbs up here.

Cons:

Unfortunately, for me the overall quality of the accommodation & amenities does not quite correspond to the price or the standard I would expect from a four-star property.

There was no major issue in particular, rather a sum of smaller things I don’t really wish to name here. Instead, I’d like to point out that this place has potential but mainly it’s the people who make it better place and make the stay worthwhile.

Für eine Übernachtung als Radtourist gut.
Pros:

Geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Schlechte Lage. Frühstücksraum glich einer Kantine. Erreichbarkeit vom Elberadweg aufgrund von aktuellen Brückenarbeiten lebensgefährlich.

Pros:

Pokoj byl prostorný, pohodlná velká postel, hodně úložných prostorů.
Vynikající pestrá snídaně.
Hlídané parkoviště v garáži a úschovna kol.

Cons:

na jednu noc bylo vše dostačující a v pořádku, ale na koupelně jde poznat, že už něco zažila.

Naprosto skvělý pobyt, vynikající personál a perfektní ubytování. Rádi se vrátíme.
Pros:

Všechno bylo naprosto skvělé. Počínaje velmi příjemným a ochotným personálem, přes pohodlné a čisté ubytování až po výbornou stravu. Velmi pohodlné postele, všude čisto a celkově jsme se cítili opravdu dobře. Přijížděli jsme až kolem půlnoci a i přesto nás na recepci přivítal velmi příjemný a usměvavý mladý muž společně s pánem ze security. Takové přivítání po dlouhé cestě opravdu potěšilo.

Cons:

Nemáme co vytknout. Se vším jsme byli maximálně spokojeni.

Das Personal an der Rezeption,
er hat unseren Irrtum mit der Buchung (ich hatte das Datum verwechselt und die Nacht davor gebucht) mit einem süffisanten Lächeln quittiert, obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, kein Entgegenkommen. In ERmangelung einer Alternative in der heruntergekommenen Stadt haben wir dort trotzdem übernachtet, das Hotel selbst war ok, gute Standardausstattung aus besseren Tagen

Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Plätzen.
Fußläufig zur Innenstadt.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Straßenseite hin können laut sein.
