“Have stayed here multiple times, but during this stay, despite it being a double occupancy booking, the room was stocked only with single amenities — including bath towels and toiletries. Attention to such basic details is expected from a property of this standard.

Also, having the room boy ring the bell at 12 midnight just to obtain a signature for a room service bill was highly unprofessional and quite disturbing. I hope the management addresses these service lapses to ensure a better guest experience in the future.”.

I made a booking at 10.30pm, selected the room and paid for it. I needed a room for checkin on 27th March evening and checkout on 28th March 4am morning. I paid with credit card. On arrival at the hotel I was told that I had booked a room for time frame 12pm to 6pm and that there was no room for me. I had to purchase again for room to sleep for 4 hours. I do not understand how a person can book a room for time that has elapsed and be charged for it with even using it. The most interesting part was that at 11pm or so they still had 3 rooms available. To me this is absolutely fraudulent. To make things worse I my card was charged again by the hotel whilst I was flying back home. I will never refer anyone to this hotel.
