Poor hotel being touted as 5 star
Pros:

This hotel cannot be marketed as a five star hotel. This has no such facilities. There is no swimming pool, there is even no lounge. There is a makeshift restaurant area in the ground floor. The breakfas quality is very poor. Average three start hotels provide better choices in breakfast. They have stale bakery items and old, hard breads like leftovers. No proper meat item. Very small hotel OK for a short trip. Not at all comparable with any five or four star hotel. You will not feel the comfort here.

Poor breakfast, no proper lounge or cafe to sit or wait.

Courteous staff at the entrace. Very polite reception. Relative close to the airport.

Cons:

The narrow space of the property, the noise outside , the poor narrow lobby. The warmth of the shower could not be regulated. The breakfast spread is limitted.

Pros:

Everything was good overall, and we had a pleasant stay. The service and hospitality were nice. I would just suggest some renovations and upgrades to the property, which would make the overall experience even better. With a few improvements, the hotel could be much more appealing and comfortable. Overall, a good experience.

Pros:

We liked the room, the size, the view from the window, comfortable beds and soft pillows.

Cons:

The alleyways carpets didn't look like they were ever vacuum cleaned and there was a very strong unpleasant air freshener smell everywhere which gave us a headache.

Very Good
Pros:

The Staff were welcoming and polite. Rooms were kept neat and clean at all times. Any extra requirements for the room was met with ASAP by all the staff and the reception team. Good wifi connectivity
