Disappointing Stay
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel often, whenever I have to go to Austin. Last fall when I visited, renovations were underway, and the results are nice. However, the visit was dismal. Persons at the front desk were generally uncaring and dismissive of concerns. On my first night--after a nearly 20-hour day and 1400-mile journey--the internet and TV were not working. I tried to get assistance but no one bothered to come to the room--though I was told someone would. Throughout my stay, getting online was a royal pain; I kept getting directed to 'DANGER' pages that warned me to go back. The TV was also erratic at times. Small things tell me a lot about attention being paid; in my case, upon arrival, the alarm clock was blaring (had anybody cleaned the room?). The mini-fridge rocked back and forth. There are no coffee makers in the room, despite what is touted on the website. And there sure were no "big Texas welcome smiles." Quite the opposite. There is now a 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby, which has a dozen different offerings--but no decaf. Only during breakfast hours are both regular and decaf offered. I'll be looking for other hotels, despite having stayed here often. (And I expect that a formulaic, impersonal 'hotel' reply will respond to this, so I suggest ignoring it.)

Not comfortable
Cons:

I had a toilet issue in my room. The water would not flush at all, even after we plunged it several times. The lady at the front did not help me with this matter whatsoever. She actually seemed to have an attitude because of my complaint. Also, when I checked in a had to pay a $25 deposit in which the lady at the front did not give me a valid reason why. I had already paid for everything online. Overall, we managed things the best we could, even though we had to use the lobby restroom everytime we had to go.

Not all employees were well trained. Some were great.
Cons:

Very poor lighting in the bathroom. Could have used a magnifying mirror. No caffeinated coffee in the room.

Pros:

Le parking gratuit et l'emplacement pas loin de l'aéroport, le petit déjeuner avec du choix et l'enregistrement rapide. L'espace dans la chambre.

Cons:

Un peu vieillot dans l'ensemble, manque de prises modernes pour le téléphone, passable pour 1 ou 2 nuits

Great place for the price!
Pros:

Room was nice, clean and the breakfast was good for price of room.

Cons:

Unfortunately the nite desk attendant Tommy was absolutely horribly rude and full of drama! No one was at the front desk for a while and when he finally got up from back desk to come up front he came up being dramatic and hollering something about not touching the screen. He then left us up front at desk for 10 min. while he went down the hall, Very unprofessional. I would have walked out the door if I had known he wouldn't have charged my card on file. Now the good, the gentleman at the counter in the morning was very attentive, sweet and wonderful. The manager called first thing Monday and also was wonderful in handling everything.
