Complete lack of allergy awareness, I worry for future customers as a fatality is likely.

The location was convenient.

Cons:

Allergy awareness was non existent. My son suffered an allergic reaction as a result of mislabelling. Mislabelling was escalated on a number of occasions. Ultimately we were unable to eat in the hotel for our safety.

It was truly a great place to stay - real value for money. Great Staff
Pros:

Everything was great. From the front office to restaurant to housekeeping and concirge were really professional. Special thanks to Kashish / Anand / Suvendu for making us at home. It will be our choice of stay if we are in Chennai. Thank you for making our stay nice.
