Amazing stay in heart of the city
Pros:

Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Amazing selection breakfast with varied counters to suit all ages/requirements. Spacious room, with well equipped toiletries.

A 2-Star experience at 5-Star price
Pros:

Location and very polite staff

Cons:

No TV remote control (had to unplug TV!), Fridge was not working, A/C controls did not work (no temp control) Spice restaurant was simply a disaster, mixing high-fee paying hotel guests with over-crowded conference attendees, charged extortionate price for buffet, but had to fight and get pushed to get very low quality food.

A Great hotel- needs staff training-
Pros:

Always love the pool and a great hot bath- hot water and a movie- those were great as we come to relax!

Cons:

Service was poor-- 3 calls for water for our room. We also had the door catch at the lock and struggled to open it for 25 mins so that was stressful. Our favorite spots are Mahabaliprium resorts- you can't compare their service, but this is an easier location. Check in at the Hyatt is stressful each time, they lack efficiency and friendliness which is a downer when entering.
