I like the housekeeping staff, who did a fantastic job!

Cons:

Front office staff rudeness, I booked 2 room for me & my cousin,
They still asked me to pay extra charge for my friend who came to visit me
so be careful when you gents & ladies choose this hotel.
Also their security & front staff, looks at all guests as terrorists or wrong doers, wake up people, we are in 2026 , international brand like HYATT, train your staff for more hospitality
I am a founder for American outsourced company, so we work more or our meetings are late night & mornings, does brand like HYATT doesn't know this, very sad!

Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. What really stood out was the warm, friendly, and helpful staff. Everyone I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely willing to assist, which made my stay comfortable and welcoming from beginning to end.

I would especially like to commend the doormen, bell captains, bellboys, and porters, who greeted guests warmly and were always ready to assist with luggage. The front desk team and room service staff were also courteous, responsive, and attentive to my needs. Their excellent service truly made a difference to my stay.

The restaurants were another highlight. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast at Spice Haat, which offered a wonderful variety of both North and South Indian cuisine. The food was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff provided excellent and attentive service while maintaining a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

Special recognition goes to Mr. Santhil Kumar, the Chief Chef, for his hospitality and dedication. His personal attention and commitment to ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience were greatly appreciated.
