Great value, excellent location, and a comfortable base for a family trip to southern Alberta.
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting Waterton and exploring Lethbridge. The hotel is in a newer area with convenient access to restaurants, fuel, and shopping. Breakfast was consistent, the amenities added value to our stay, and the staff were friendly and responsive when issues were reported.

Cons:

The hotel experienced a system outage during check-in that resulted in a credit card charge/reversal issue. Our room also had a slow-draining shower and a bedding preparation issue that required attention. Both room issues were resolved promptly after being reported.

Wonderful.
Pros:

The breakfast was substantial and delicious. Saskia was lovely to talk to when I got my breakfast.
All of the other staff were great as well. I will stay there again one day.

Great place. Will stay here again when in Lethbridge
Pros:

the breakfast was excellent, no complaints. the room was plain / basic, but was expected for the value of the room. bed was comfortable. no complaints about any part of my stay.

Cons:

I was surprised. The hotel, in all aspects, was better than expected for the price of the room.
