Comfortable basic accomodation
Pros:

Staff were very efficient and friendly. Room was basic and comfortable, but no fridge and bare minimum of tea, coffee and milk (sachets) provided.. Airconditioning was a bonus and free parking was right outside the hotel. Quick drive to Durham Town Centre.

Cons:

Floors carpet and looked clean but our feet were filthy waiting minutes of removing our shoes.

Fantastic stay with my dog!
Pros:

Fantastic stay with my dog. Staff were lovely, really easy check in and check out process. Room was super clean and the amenities were great. So much better than some other 4 star+ hotels that I've stayed in. Grassy area to walk your dog and there's also a secure paddock that you can book just a 2 min drive away if your dog needs to let out steam. McDonalds next door and a few other eating places just a short walk across the road. As a female solo traveller I felt secure too.
