The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Well decorated and with air conditioning! It was also extremely quiet.
Michael who was on duty when we arrived and when we had dinner and drinks was very friendly and helpful. The woman who was there in the morning for breakfast was not so nice she was abrupt and quite rude. She was training a new start and did not come over as helpful or pleasant.
Everything was great apart from the woman in the morning!

Everything apart from id written a wrong digit in the parking section on my partner's car.
Was sent a fine , told the hotel and they said there was nothing they were prepared to do. I will appeal it through The right channels, and I just felt it was horrendous from a customer service standpoint. So blunt following the initial response. Like human error doesn't happen. I know it was my error but we were there in that car with a wrong letter placed on the form
We were there for a short stay but felt it’s too short to enjoy the best of everythg at Super 8. The rooms were decorated creatively and we lover the super comfy beds!

No elevator to go to the 1st floor. Might not be suitable for disable people.
