Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, welches umgeben ist von Grünanlagen. Sehr schöne Lounge innen und außen. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Toll und da kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Kunst gucken in München
Pros:

Kompetentes Personal an der Rezeption, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist ein typisches Business-Hotel gehobener Ausstattung.am Stadtrand. Die Lage ist entsprechend okay, aber nicht mehr. Was man braucht, ist in der Nähe: U-Bahn ins Zentrum, Jogging im Olympiapark, Fitness und Sauna im Haus. Nachts sind die Zimmer nach hinten sehr ruhig, man kann bei offenen Fenstern schlafen.

Was das Parken betrifft muss man wissen, dass der P+R gegenüber explizit nicht für Gäste der umliegenden Hotels genutzt werden darf. Das wird wohl gelegentlich kontrolliert. Dann kostet es. Die Garage des Hotels ist wirklich kein Schnäppchen (21 € in 2026) aber sehr gut nutzbar auch für größere Autos bis 1,90 m Höhe.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer schloss die Tür der Dusche nicht und der Wasserhahn war extrem schwergängig. Beides beim Check-out angemerkt, es wurde notiert und wird hoffentlich behoben.

Was den P+R-Parkplatz betrifft, sollte mal jemand bei der Stadt München anklopfen. Derartige Einschränkungen in den Nutzungsbedingungen müssen im Sinne von Verkehrssteuerung und Umwelt bei der Lizenzvergabe unterbunden werden.

Завтрак

Cons:

1. Сразу скажу про хорошее, потому что следующие пункты будут только о плохом: завтрак очень вкусный, выбор блюд большой и все замечательно

2. Номера требуют ремонта или обновления: в душе плесень, мебель и ремонт старые и не в лучшем состоянии, подушки старые и сбиты комьями — спать невозможно, телевизор хоть и с плоским экраном, но древний и с плохим качеством картинки.

3. Больше всего разочаровали удобства: полотенца с пятнами, нет принадлежностей для душа (только дешевое мыло 3в1), мини-бар пустой, бокалы грязные. Ночью очень шумно — из-за плохого стеклопакета или чего-то еще, в комнату идет гул от генераторов на крыше отеля, а мы жили на последнем этаже, этот шум не дал выспаться нам.

4. Обслуживание заслуживает отдельного пункта: мы попросили чистые полотенца по телефону в номер, нас попросили спуститься в лобби и забрать их самим, когда мы спустились нам сказали что принесут в номер, но за 2 дня так никто и не пришел. Та же ситуация — попросила зубную щетку, мне сказали спускаться и забрать ее в лобби самой. Почему в отеле 4 звезды нет румсервиса!!!
