This location is excellent and teh staff are superb but boy it needs some refurbishment. My room was well appointed but sticky furniture and a very worn headboard does not make it the best
Location. Easy access to motorway and nice dog walk behind property
Dated bathroom. Needed decorating. Noisy but by road so not surprising. Lots of rubbish and over flowing bins outside entrance

The toilet smelled of wee. The surfaces were sticky. The carpet was dirty
Young guy on front desk was very helpfull
I cut my finger on a dirty razor that was left on floor dirty socks left on shelf under pillow cigarette ash on window bathroom had to be cleaned as was totally filthy my daughter wasnt well i went to petrol station for calpol at 3am no staff on front desk and front door left open for anyone to enter no clean towels given during stay
Great location for a stopover on a long drive
Every thing is 24/7 and if you’re a people watcher there is so much happening and so many different accents and languages you really don’t think your in Hamilton

Very basic room for price charged
Location on motorway. Meal voucher.
Tired room. Noisy springs on bed. King size bed would have been better. Bad smell in corridor.
Room was good size and clean holtel was handy to get to Wath good parking and friendly staff
The bed you could feel the springs but the shower was a bath aswell and you had to have the shower and bath taps going at same time which Rob the water prasher from the shower the toilet roll holder was all rusted

The hotel is very dated and the cleanliness whilst in areas such as bathrooms, bedsheets and towels is very good. Such was the dirtiness of the desk area in my room (room 7) if I put the palm of my hand on it, it stuck to it, the same with the very badly marked, worn headboard. The carpets need replacing and some serious redecorating.
Very handy for our stopover en route to the highlands from Somerset. Dog friendly and nice grounds surrounding accommodation. Good large rooms with modern TV’s and lots of stowage space. Very warm welcome from Douglas on reception who was super friendly and helpful.
Lack of decent pillows to prop oneself up with on the bed which are needed as only one chair for two people in room. An easy fix in my opinion.
