Location good for an overnight stop on the motorway . Quiet
Room was "tired". Broken and missing lamp shades. Food crumbs all over floor by the bed.

Free Parking during stay. Quiet room. Near lots of eateries. Close to Westerham and Oxted. Easy Access from both directions of M25
Wasn’t too sure if there was specific parking
No hot water as one of two boilers is faulty affecting multiple rooms and we were told would not be fixed for at least a week. No offer of compensation
Reception staff were lovely
Hot Water was not working for some days, this should have been rectified promptly. Cleaning team dont always clean the rooms even if reception puts reminders.
Hotel was looking very tired, needs a good spruce up. Staff very helpful and friendly, price was reasonable and room was clean, just needs updating.
It’s location
The hot water wasn’t working but they had called a plumber and told me when I arrived to check in
Sadly no hot water during our stay which affected us and we should not have been charged full price for a room without the facilities
Only thing I can say is that the Indian Street food outlet outside was great
With NO hot water on both stays, this was crap.
