The accommodation was fine, but problems were caused through being unable to communicate directly or to cancel an unwant

It was away from the motorway so quiet.

Cons:

1 because we had not booked in earlier in the afternoon when we came from the reception at Western golf course by the non-motorway route we found the barrier against us and could not get in. Thankfully, somebody else came along and gave us the code to open the barrier. We should’ve been given the code.
2 I booked a room directly with days in and have my printed confirmation. It told me I could cancel up to 4 o’clock on the day of arrival. I tried to do this many days before then, but the confirmation number was not available and I failed to do so. I tried phoning and just got a message and was never able to speak to anybody. I have had to pay for that room which I did not want.

trudno powiedzieć, zajazd na jedną szybką noc.

Cons:

Całość rozczarowująca. Wszędzie obecny zapach stęchlizny związany z brakiem wentylacji. Pokój duży ale brakuje choćby małego stolika. Ogólnie całość bardzo kiepskiej jakości i mocno zniszczona.

The hotel seems well overdue for a refurbishment in the communal areas and the rooms, all in significant need of decoration

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised with our family room here. Booked due to right location for us for a one night stay. Other hotels were double the price and I refuse to pay £250 for a room! Our room here was almost two rooms, with the two twin beds tucked away from the main bed. Worked brilliantly for us as a family of 2 to be able to put the kids to bed and still relax in an evening.

Cons:

There were a few niggles such as the soap dispenser falling off the wall in the bathroom and generally the bathroom looked dated and tired

Nice stay for a night.
Pros:

I booked this for my mother so she could take a rest before carrying on her journey.
She is in her 70‘s and was well taken care of by the staff. I would recommend it any time. Thank you!
