Pros:

Good location. Room and bathroom was mordern and clean

Cons:

When I asked to make up my room they only cleaned the bed. The floor and bathroom remained dirty and they didn’t replace the towels. This happened on 2 days and I told reception who were helpful, but it shouldn’t have happened

Bon séjour - Accueil chaleureux - Bon petit déjeuner - Hôtel proche des 2 gares.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé, juste en face de la gare, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre est confortable, agréable et parfaitement conforme à la description. Le personnel est charmant, professionnel, disponible et toujours à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, qui est varié, copieux et délicieux ! Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Cons:

Le premier point négatif concerne l’insonorisation. J’ai été réveillé à plusieurs reprises par des portes qui claquaient dans le couloir, ainsi que par les bruits de pas des occupants de la chambre située au-dessus, notamment en pleine nuit. Cela reste toutefois un détail au regard de la qualité globale du séjour.

Le deuxième point concerne la salle de bains ouverte, sans véritable séparation au niveau du sol. Lors de la douche, l’eau a tendance à se répandre et le sol se retrouve rapidement mouillé. Une petite séparation ou un système permettant de mieux contenir l’eau aurait été appréciable.

Pros:

A nice enough hotel in an old building opposite Lille Flandres station. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfy and the shower works well.

Cons:

The location is great but it's not easy to find the entrance amongst all the bars and restaurants. And beware if you get a room on the first floor, there are more stairs beyond where the lift opens.

Pros:

Отель находится напротив ж.д вокзала Фландрия. Очень удобно для приезжающих на поезде.
Заселили, около 12 часов, благодарю!
Приветствие от отеля- светлое пиво 1л и мини чипсы.
Номер чистый, комфортный.
Кровать хорошая.
Хорошее постельное белье..
Шампунь и мыло от Rituals.
Есть мини кофемашина с капсулами.
Вкусные завтраки, есть соки, йогурт, омлет, сыры, колбасы., фрукты.
Есть система купонов за отказ от уборки в номере, эко- развитие. На ресепшн можно обменять на напиток, мне дали бокал розового вина.

Cons:

Очень маленький reception, нет лобби, чтобы посидеть.
Нет body lotion в номере.
Нет тапочек.
Высокая цена для отеля 3 *.
В душе тканевая занавеска и высокий порог, чтобы вода не переливать в комнату. Будьте осторожны, можно споткнуться.

Le personnel était très professionnel et agréable.
Le plus était de pouvoir commander au Roosevelt service des repas très bons.

Cons:

Le bruit la nuit mais le lieu fait que c’est forcément un peu brillant accuse de la gare à proximité.
