Parfait pour une visite à Lille

Le personnel était vraiment accueillant. La décoration de l´hôtel est sympa. Le petit-déjeuner était de très bonne qualité et quantité. Sur ma demande, ils ont préparé des œufs a la coque parce que je ne peut pas manger des produits laitiers. Mais, il y avait des fruits, du pain, etc. Donc, pas de problème. Je suggère d’avoir plus d’alternatives des produits sans lactose. Les lits étaient vraiment confortable. Le wifi marchait sans souci. L’emplacement, en face à la gare, parfait pour des voyageurs qui prennent le train ou les transports publics. La chambre est silencieuse aussi, malgré la proximité a la gare-commerces-etc. L’hôtel est éco-responsable. On a bien aimé.

Cons:

On avait un petit souci avec le lavabo qu´était bouché mais la réception a réagi tout de suite pour le résoudre, malgré le weekend. Ils ont fait un geste très courtois entre temps.

Shops, cafes, restaurants all on the doorstep.

物有所值的体验
Pros:

地理位置优越，就在火车站对面。房间配备了烧水壶和咖啡茶，很贴心。员工非常热情，房间半夜断电了，早上前台就帮忙解决了，还给了一个转换器。早餐丰富好吃。如果不用换床单，还会提供免费饮品一个。

Cons:

这次住的房间浴室的淋浴帘拉起来，洗漱台也在里面，洗澡容易湿。

Amazing staff. from the receptionist to the breakfast lady, cleaners. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful

Room design was nice, modern and clean. Perfect location.

Cons:

Maybe the only thing , was the lift which was very narrow, it would only fit one person plus a luggage. But even that brought more charm to the property.

J’ai adoré notre séjour chez vous, car l’hôtel est vraiment très près de la gare ça c’est un côté parfait et très pratiq
