Great little hotel near the main sites.
Pros:

Manager was very accommodating when we asked her to change our room which was next to an elevator.

Cons:

No bathroom door!

Pros:

Chambre très bien équipée.

Cons:

Falsche Informationen: Parkplatz inkl. 3 Etagen tiefer ohne Aufzug mit Gepäck 1 km entfernt- ich habe vorher direkt nachgefragt- für Menschen mit Handicap wie mich ein großes Problem!

Rückantwort und direkte Reaktion unterirdisch.

Auch musste ich feststellen, dass im Bett Bettwanzen waren, weshalb ich rote Bissstellen bemerkte und dann auch diese kleinen Viecher entdeckte und fotografiert habe.
Dank meines insektensprays bekam ich das in den Griff- denn man tat so, als ob man mich nicht verstanden habe.

Hotel rund um die Uhr sehr laut durch Türen schlagen, Zimmerreinigung ab früh morgens…

Un bel hôtel joliment décoré au coeur de Lille
Pros:

J'ai apprécié la localisation, l'accès possible à un parking dans le quartier, l'accueil, la literie, la déco de la chambre et de la salle de petit déjeuner, le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Le bruit des appareils d'extraction d'air ou de climatiseurs dans le coeur d'îlot. Heureusement, l'isolation phonique des fenêtres est performante.
Pour les utilisateurs de boule quies, cela ne devrait pas poser de problème.
