We stayed for a week and had a great time… didn’t want to leave
Pros:

Great location! Hotel was intimate and very comfortable. The foyer smells absolutely divine! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious! As were the croquettes in the rooftop bar.

Cons:

No baths. And long wait for coffees in the morning

We LOVED it
Pros:

I loved that it smelt so nice and everything was imaculate

Cons:

The only complaint we have is that although the food at breakfast was outstanding the staff did not seem organised at all and one morning we cam down to find no staff and all tables needed clearing. It was as if they had just all left. We are obese resturant 5 nights and very time this was outstanding too and the staff were more organised.

Overall it was nice but some staff training improvements to suggest.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

The location in Puerto Sotogrande is excellent. The hotel room was very comfortable, and the service was great.

Cons:

The rooftop pool is too small, with not enough space for hotel guests to comfortably relax and enjoy the sun.

Pros:

Absolutamente todo. Destacaría sobre todo el desayuno y la atención del personal, en concreto el chico joven que había en recepción, nos aconsejó sobre las zonas que podíamos visitar y estuvo muy pendiente de que todo estuviera bien durante nuestra estancia.

Cons:

Lo peor del alojamiento es el tamaño de la piscina. Por las fotos parece una piscina de tamaño normal, pero lo cierto es que es extremadamente pequeña. Sin embargo, eso no nos ha impedido disfrutar de la estancia y del hotel. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Wonderful stay for our family celebration
