Stayed for one night at a discount rate and it was awesome.
Pros:

Easy after hours online checkin, views as promised in the 2 bed apartment. Wish I had time to checkout the facilities

Very relaxing.
Pros:

Great location. Great view. Clean and renovated room with all the things we needed.

Cons:

The indoor pool was heated but not warm. I understand this is probably standard but was definitely colder than I was expecting.

Amazing location with stunning views and great amenities. Would definitely book here again.
Pros:

The gentleman we met at reception to get keys etc was so friendly and detailed. That makes a huge difference to any holiday.
The beach across the road with very easy access to swim!
Location was amazing. As was the views.
Also easy walk to Tedder Avenue to pick up supplies. Was impressed with the range of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops there.
A working washing machine and dryer was very much appreciated, Thank you.

Cons:

The kettle had a funny smell but not to worry we very carefully boiled water on the stove and made cuppas that way.
The surfaces in kitchen and bathrooms were a bit sticky on arrival. A quick trip to the supermarket to get supplies to wipe those down took care of that. But my hubby says I'm too picky lol

Pros:

Thank you, that was the best holiday stay we had. Very welcoming and helpful staff made our experiences unforgettable. Next time we will be there, we will definitely stay at the same place.
Unforgettable view from 22 level, clean and tidy appartment on moving in, spa and pool which we enjoyed. Sunrises and sunsets are incredible.

Main beach for serious holidays
Pros:

2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. Views of the ocean from every room were exceptional. Parking underground was safe and convenient. Local cafe, restaurants close by.

Cons:

It rained on the day of arrival! Holiday not long enough!

Amazing stay, great location & facilities
Pros:

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay - big space, clean, well furnished and appreciate that basic amenities were all provided. Enjoyed the facilities a lot, especially the indoor pool, sauna, gym and tennis court! Location is great, walking distance to many cafes and shops. Also really enjoyed brunch at The Winey Cow right next door. Free parking was amazing and the receptionists were very friendly too.

Cons:

Pool towels for rent at $5 each was a bit of a surprise. There was also construction going on at the next building but thankfully it wasn't too loud.

Pros:

It was lovely and spacious. A big balcony with exceptional views. The apartment was very clean and tidy great facilities within the apartment as well. The staff were also very lovely and accommodating.

Amazing
Pros:

It’s very relaxing and I enjoyed every moment at Pacific Views resort, the staff were lovely and the lady at the reception on Saturday morning let us check in at 12pm. This was very much appreciated and honestly I will definitely be back.
