Pros:

Posizione molto comoda: in 10 minuti a piedi si è sul lungolago e sul pontile per i traghetti, ma se si vuole andare via dal paese ci si trova già vicini al raccordo. A 2 minuti a piedi c'è la coop. Zona residenziale, molto tranquilla e silenziosa.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Locali puliti ed ordinati.
Comoda la piscina, anche se non abbiamo avuto modo di usufruirne

Cons:

Un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli.
Ad esempio qualche gancio/mensola in più in bagno, per dividere meglio gli asciugamani degli utilizzatori, le luci dei comodini dello stesso colore, qualche presa in più per collegare il cellulare senza dover staccare la luce.

Posto tranquillo e gestori disponibili, prezzo molto buono per il periodo, a due passi dal lago

Proprietari gentili e molto disponibili, posto tranquillo e silenzioso, ben disposto per relax con tanto di piscina e lettini.
Non molto distante da Perugia ed Assisi che abbiamo visitato per rientrare poi in giornata e rilassarci.

Cons:

Non so se è un problema presente solo nella stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato, ma i rubinetti dei servizi non erano proprio il massimo, alcuni anche traballanti... da evidenziare anche una prolunga elettrica che attraversava lo schienale del letto per collegare l'altra lampada sul comodino...
