Agradable , un poco ruidoso por obras

Limpia. Y ordenada y bien decorada

Cons:

Todo bien. Salvo que dejé olvidado un reloj ( de valor sentimental) y luego cuando llame me informaron que NADA habia quedado. Hab 210 15/5 al 19/5 . Saludos

Hotel lujoso por donde se mire.

Me gusto mucho la ambientación del hotel. Muy acogedor, la calefacción era excelente tanto en el lobby como en la habitación. La temperatura del.agua, excelente. La pileta una belleza. Cumplió mis expectativas de 4 estrellas, lo disfrute mucho. Ademas me permitieron permancer en el amplisimo lobby luego del check out, hasta la espera de mi vuelo, que fue bastante. Muchísimas gracias! Super recomendable.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado saber de antemano que tienen un convenio con otro hotel para utilizar la pileta en mayo. Yo sabia que no iba a poder usarla, incluso llame antes de viajar para confirmar y me dijeron que no funciona en mayo. De saber lo del convenio con Cacique Incayal (lo supe porque escuche a un huesped preguntar por el uso de la pileta en Cacique) hubiera llevado traje de baño, por mí hija, que lo hubiera super disfrutado.
