Hotel did not honor our room reservation, non English speaking receptionist insisted management solves it in the morning without finding a proper solution or alternative hotel. Only after insisting again and again did they attempt to solve it. Wasn’t offered any compensation for this and will not visit again.

El desayuno y ubicación

Cons:

Que la temperatura era asfixiante y no se podía apagar aún así era caluroso por la calefacción central y había que dormir con la ventana abierta, no tenía estacionamiento o convenio con el que está a la vuelta y la piscina temperada estaba heladísima además hacían clases de natación y no se podía ocupar completamente.
