親切な接客が気持ち良いホテルでした
Pros:

スタッフの対応が非常に良く、満足のいく宿泊ができた。

Cons:

朝食付きプランを予約したと思っていたが、そうではなかった。（予約アプリ使用）
自分のチェックイン時の手続きに不備があったのだろうと思うが、機械ではなくスタッフとの対人でのチェックインであれば防げたかなと思うと少し残念に思う。

Good location and close to the station

Cons:

Hotel did not make me aware it was under construction before I booked and there were very loud noises right under my bed for hours, would have booked elsewhere if I had been given the chance to be aware of this

Pros:

Friendly staff. Room is actually slightly larger than the typical APA hotels. There is actually an onsen in the hotel but I didn't have the time to drop by.

Cons:

Location... It's a bit weird. It's not exactly far from Toyama Station, but the road layout and foot print of Toyama Station make the hotel seem further than it is.
