Excellent stay in great location next to the beach in modern, serviced apartment
Pros:

Location next to the beach, it was modern, spacious with excellent facilities and comfortable beds. Pool and Jacuzzi were very good with nice bar area. Close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing. It was a slightly longer walk to the beach than envisaged but not a problem.

Great rooms, but terrible reception.
The hotel was relatively empty; I asked for a paid late checkout, but they told me they couldn't accommodate it. Checkout is at 11:00 AM and check-in is at 4:00 PM—that’s 5 lost hours! At 11:10 AM, a very rude young woman from the front desk called me, scolding us because we hadn't left yet! I will not be returning!

Greatly enjoyed family holiday
Pros:

The accommodation was excellent,roomy ,clean and well equipped.Liked the fitness centre and the bar.Pool was nice and the beach is only a couple of minutes walk.

Great location, value and experience
Pros:

Spacious, clean, kind staff, parking, gulf front balcony! Beautiful sunsets and a lovely beach.

Cons:

Beds need to be replaced (sloping and saggy) and the living areas/balcony could use a seating upgrade. It would be nice if the amenity fee included folding chairs that you could bring to the beach. We didn’t actually understand what came with the amenity fee that benefited us.

Cons:

Extra charges added to my account after leaving having been told none due when checking out . Have complained and front desk still not forwarded invoices to cover or explain them. Extremely unhelpful when requesting information on them and not interested in solving. Parking fees for quest now appeared after having been told they were non chargeable by two different receptionist.

We enjoyed the premises and would recommend this hotel, unless you like to sit in a hot tub.
Pros:

We liked the rooftop deck for the sunset. It was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony- 5 chairs & 2 small tables which was useful. Also liked the covered parking. It was also nice that they gave us some homemade cookies at check in. It was also nice that they provided dish soap, laundry detergent & coffee pods. In addition, we liked the bar by the pool. The mixed drinks were tasty!

Cons:

There were a few days where there were no chairs available by the pool or just outside the pool in the sand. Also, there were alway children playing in the hot tub and the parents shut off the hot water. They were even eating ice cream in the hot tub. They shouldn't allow children to play in the hot tub. It's not a kiddie pool. We were looking forward to enjoying the hot tub, but unfortunately, we couldn't.

How far back away from the beach it was. No landscaping/ boring layout really needs some sprucing up. Surrounding properties were beautifully landscaped. Pool is small and gets crowded fast. Staff were not super friendly.
