Не понравилось то, что до 2 часов ночи в ресторане громыхала музыка, что не соответствует условиям проживания в отеле. Я забронировал отель без возможности возврата средств. Я попросил скидку за мои неудобства, но не получил

Pros:

The staff are extremely pleasant and do try to be helpful within their experience. The place is very clean (our number one concern). Our room was compact. We had intended to eat in the restaurant the second evening of our two night stay and organised ourselves accordingly but when we got down to the restaurant we were told there was function that night so the restaurant was closed. We felt it was a shame that nobody bothered to tell us that sooner as functions don’t just spring up like mushrooms overnight. The second morning there was no hot water so despite being convinced I was doing something wrong when I mentioned this at reception they replied “oh yes we have a water outage” Again a shame nobody popped a slip under the door explaining and apologising. Maybe be I have “ been round the block” more often but it is far better to pre empt complaints by explaining and apologising ahead of them. Take care when using the road outside it has yet to get the excellent road surface that the vast majority of Polish roads now enjoy. The breakfast is excellent and the rate we paid very competitive This Hotel certainly deserves serious consideration it just needs to refine its approach to “hospitality”

My car was damaged on parking. I asked hotel to secure video and send it to me - first they replayed they have video only from last 12h (bullshit) and over 12 they need to contact security company - I contatcted them around 13-14h from incident. They they ignored me when I asked neverthless to get that video from security

Brutta esperienza personale, quartiere storico, albergo di moquette vetusto, ma ottimo personale
Pros:

Ottimo personale alla reception e in cucina,
è un palazzo storico, con alcuni spazi comuni molto ben ristrutturati (forse la sala per le conferenze),
tutto il quartiere erano delle caserme costruite nel periodo russo,
ci sono molti lavori nel quartiere, ma ci si arriva abbastanza bene in macchina.
Condizionatore in camera,
frigorifero in comune nel corridoio,
bollitore in camera, caffè in polvere, té e due bottigliette d'acqua.

Cons:

Innanzitutto... c'era moquette in tutte le camere, probabilmente assai vetusta, difficilmente pulibile.
Stanza da bagno piccina, piatto doccia molto scivoloso e strettino, se ricordo bene con acqua calda che passava ad acqua fredda e poi acqua bollente senza preavvisi.
Camera piccolina, abbastanza vetusta nel complesso,
non esattamente un buon rapporto qualità prezzo,
relativamente costoso per una camera tutto sommato piccola e abbastanza sporca.

Probabilmente è stata una brutta esperienza molto personale,
ma sono stato punto una trentina di volte da qualche insetto/insetti nel letto.
Non avevamo aperto la finestra, non abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta,
e avevamo anzi acceso il condizionatore per due orette.
Non so cosa sia stato,
ma ho avuto delle reazioni allergiche abbastanza spaventose per due giorni.

Mi dispiace per il personale che è stato professionale e davvero gentile con noi,
purtroppo non posso mettere un voto altissimo per l'albergo nel suo insieme.

Polecam hotel.
Pros:

Dogodna lokalizacja, duży parking, blisko sklepy. Na Rynek Wielki tylko 15 min. spacerkiem. Pyszne i różnorodne śniadanie. Pokój przestronny, wygodny. Łazienka dość mała, ale funkcjonalna. Można także zamawiać obiady.
