Super schönes Hotel an guter Lage. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern, die Dusche riesig und das Frühstück bietet eine grosszügige Auswahl und ist fein.
Beim Hotelpersonal gab es solche und solche. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Herr an der Reception sehr kurz angebunden und wirkte etwas eingeschnappt. Alle anderen Kontakte mit der Reception und dem Personal waren dafür ausgezeichnet und besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Cons:

Alles war super.

Amazing and Friendly Staff
Pros:

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. From the time you arrive you are greeted with warm smiles and if you can speak the native language that is even more amazing, because the staff will interact. The restaurant staff are very friendly and always willing to help you out and the service I received was beyond my expectation. I also love the fact that the staff are always walling to help or assist in any way they can to make your stay as enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is also perfect.

Cons:

The pool chairs and lights may need an update. The shower heads also need to be updated, from my previous stay the shower pressure was definitely better this time, but the shower heads should be updated.

Pros:

Lo espaciosas de las suites y que tenias opción para cenar

Cons:

No tenia todos los implementos puestos (freegobar, caja fuerte, toallas de manos) y tuve que estar pidiendo y esperando. Ademas no me dieron la factura y no contestan los mail “nuevos” que dan como respuesta en booking.

My opinion...
Pros:

Location is perfect. Ease of access to restaurants, supermarkets, train station, buses etc.
Comfortable beds, reasonable good breakfast, swimming pool and gym.

Cons:

The TV was a pain, think its time for an upgrade. The Pool area balcony closes too early. The omlet station functioned once during the entire week, this needs to be more consistent. .
