No servía el elevador, la alfombra está muy maltratada con parches , al pisar sin zapatos se sentía sucia, solo dormimos una noche había muy poco papel de baño, no había repuesto tuve que pedir

Pros:

Estuvo muy bien el desayuno (buffet) excelente sorpresa. Aunque el espacio era pequeño fue muy agradable, la comida estuvo deliciosa. La habitación del hotel cumplió con nuestras expectativas, volveremos en otra ocasión.

Cons:

Lamentablemente el hotel en el que nos hospedamos no tenía el restaurante en su edificio, tuvimos que pasarnos a otro hotel para recibir nuestro desayuno incluido. Debes tener cuidado con no manchar toallas o sábanas, se te hará un cargo extra en caso de que las ensucies.

Big room with a great view of the main square, clean facilities, friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a a great location. It is right in front of the main square and the famous clock, an area with many stores, restaurants, coffee places. Our room in the first floor had a view and it was spectacular scene to have the clock illuminated at night and to enjoy it from the comfort of the room. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. We arrived a few hours before check in at reception, so they offered to take our luggage in the meantime and gave us recommendations of places to eat while our room was being prepared. We also had breakfast included in out stay and it was serviced at a restaurant in a hotel across from ours, and it was a good buffet, with very friendly staff as well.

Cons:

Elevator is under service as of March 2026.
