Posizione ottima, praticamente in centro. Colazione buona.
Cena, molto, molto lenti sebbene gentili, pasta vongole molto salata. Piu di un'ora solo per la pasta e poi non sono piu ripassati. Mentre mi sono alzata mi è stato detto di andare al bar attiguo per comunicare il numero di stanza o se volevo pagare subito, mi è sembrato un po' strano in quanto avevo già comunicato in precendeza. La ragazza al bar era un po' presa a fare dei cocktail per il bar e quindi ci ha messo un po' a prendere il numero della stanza quindi ho perso ulteriore tempo. Ho fatto presente l' eccessiva sapidità della pasta in modo che possano porvi rimedio dato che mi è stato chiesto se era andato tutto bene. La ragazza ha detto che in effetti non era la prima volta. Il mio vuole essere un commento costruttivo. Tutti molto garbati.

La qualità proposta è stata notevole. I suggerimenti del personale molto inerenti. Il personale è stato competente e cordiale.

L’emplacement, très central, tout près de la cathédrale et du très beau musée de la porcelaine.
Le parking est en fait dans la rue, à l’intérieur des bandes bleues et non à l’intérieur de l’hôtel comme annoncé. Le stationnement est gratuit grâce à un bon de l’hôtel mais le soir tout était pris et nous avons cherché longtemps avant de pouvoir nous garer.
L’accueil extrêmement froid.
Le petit déjeuner très moyen que nous n’avons pas pu prendre à l’extérieur car c’était fermé ce matin là.
Enfin la chambre, petite, avec un fort besoin de rénovation ( comme tout l’hôtel malgré des éléments art deco magnifiques)

Al nostro arrivo la camera assegnata aveva l'aria condizionata non funzionante, abbiamo fatto presente il problema e ci hanno fatto upgrade (con stesso prezzo) sulla suite Carducci, gentilissimi.
La colazione era "essenziale".. ma corretto così per la presenza di ospiti... spero che in periodi di maggiore affluenza sia maggiormente rifornita

Forse i doppi vetri renderebbero piu' silenziose, specie di notte, le camere affacciate sul corso.
