Friendly staff, clean, great location
Everything good - price, location, bedroom, bathroom, staff, cleanliness and comfort all great. A really good option for a central location in Hanoi and prices very reasonable. Lovely and helpful staff.
No problems or issues at all
The staff were amazing.
Anna was so very helpful.
No swimming pool
朝食がよかった
もう少し狭い部屋でもよかった
The Imperial Hotel and Spa is in a perfect location in Old Quarter, nice and quiet but walking distance to the lake and all other attractions.
Breakfast is varied, air con works and hot water!
I've come back to this hotel after a previous stay and I will come back again.
Nothing to dislike.
旅行の前からメールでの質問にすごく丁寧に対応してくれました。
朝食がすごく美味しかったです。
バスタブの水がなかなか抜けないところです。
Breakfast was honestly marvelous. Beside the buffet that was already great with a selection of fresh fruits, butcheries, bread, dumping and a selection of Vietnamese delicacies and meals we were pleasantly surprised by the offer of eggs on demand (scrambled, fried, omelette etc ...) and more important Pho soup that was freshly made for each guest. I would definitely recommend it. And on top of that, the staff at Breakfast is amazing.
nothing!
Imperial Hotel and Spa in Hanoi was clean and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We went to Vietnam for our honeymoon and the hotel set a very romantic bed with red wine. We’ll definetely stay in this hotel if travel to Hanoi old quarter again.
Anna at the reception desk was a wonderful support and willing to assist with anything we needed or asked for. She booked two tours and her recommendations were spot on. All of the staff was very supportive and friendly. Absolutely no complaints. We would go back if we were to go back to Hanoi.
The entrance to the hotel was kind of hidden and slightly diminishes the overall quality of the hotel. But this was not a deal breaker. Also, a bar offering maybe a happy hour late afternoon would be great.
Very good staff
Slow internet
Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money.
Little bit noisy in the evening but it was to be expected staying in such a vibrant area over the weekend.
Hanoi was our first stop on a 3.5 week journey through Vietnam. We spent a total of seven nights at the Imperial and truly enjoyed our experience there. The entrance is kind of hidden behind a Banh Mi cart and a ATM machine. The decor is lovely and rooms are very nice, big and a charming decor with nice city views in the Old Quarter. It is located within 5 minutes of Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast buffet was very nice and offered an a la carte option for various egg dishes. There was something for everyone's taste and coffee was delicious, too. We cannot thank the staff enough, everyone was so helpful and friendly. We particularly would like to point out Anna at the reception desk. She was extremely helpful with booking a tour for us. We also checked out one night for an overnight cruise at Ha Long Bay and were able to leave our bigger suitcases at the hotel until the next day when we returned for another night. Overall, we would very much recommend this hotel. Most attractions are in walking distance or a short Grab ride away. And last but not least: not sure if we were the only guests that knew about this (we never saw anyone up there) but we discovered this small roof top area on the top floor right next to the Spa, and enjoyed a night cap every evening when we returned from dinner - great view).
