Just Perfect
Pros:

I loved the location. It was really easy to get around, and there were so many great restaurants and bars nearby. I also loved the free water, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The staff were probably the highlight of our stay, although honestly, everything was fantastic. A special mention has to go to Sandra, the lovely lady who looked after us at breakfast. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there, and she very kindly got us a card and some macarons, which was such a wonderful and thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. She was also just really great at her job and so lovely to chat to.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back

Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima e tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile.

Colazione favolosa, soprattutto per chi, come noi, ama una colazione abbondante e salata: abbiamo trovato davvero tutto quello che potevamo desiderare.

La camera era molto pulita, confortevole e ben attrezzata, con tutto il necessario, dagli appendini ai prodotti da bagno. Nel complesso siamo stati davvero molto soddisfatti.

Cons:

La nostra camera, la C202, era un po’ rumorosa durante la notte, ma ci rendiamo conto che questo dipende dalla posizione molto centrale dell’hotel, che d’altra parte è uno dei suoi grandi punti di forza.

Un piccolo suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di togliere il piumone durante il mese di settembre, o di sostituirlo con qualcosa di più leggero. Non utilizzando l’aria condizionata, sia per ragioni ecologiche sia per preferenza personale, abbiamo avuto bisogno di tenere la finestra aperta per dormire, aumentando inevitabilmente l’esposizione al rumore esterno.

Pros:

Belle chambre avec une décoration sympathique. SDB de belle taille.
Ascenseur. Gourde à emprunter, super pratique. Gâteau et café thé et chocolat chaud à volonté au RDC. Belle terrasse.

Proche de Rock en scène. Petit prix si réservé à l'avance

Pros:

Hotel rinnovato di recente, camera piccola ma accogliente dotata di ogni servizio e anche comodità. Personale molto gentile, in reception c'è acqua, caffè e dolci a disposizione dei clienti. Nei dintorni c'è qualche ristorante e alcune pasticcerie dove fare colazione

Cons:

La posizione non è comoda per visitare Parigi ma è stata ottima per il Rock en seine.

Maravilhosa!
Pros:

Fomos muito bem atendidos, ajudaram com a comida da bebê (guardando na geladeira e esquentando na hora de comer), o berço era ótimo, o quarto também! Super recomendo para uma estadia em Boulogne, voltaremos com certeza!

Pros:

Personale gentilissimo, disponibile. Camere pulitissime. La struttura è nuova e molto accogliente. La metro è praticamente sotto l hotel e da lì si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città.
La zona è molto tranquilla e pulita.

Très déçus pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Pros:

Le personnel très gentil. La literie confortable. Les produits de beauté de qualité.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre où le ménage n’a pas été fait (toilettes sales, serviettes en boule dans la salle de bain, lit défait et cheveux sur le lit, bouteille d’eau à moitié vide sur la table de chevet…). Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles nous avons trouvé ça honteux. L’agent d’accueil (en intérim) très gentil mais démuni a mis beaucoup de temps à trouver une solution. Nous disant dans un premier temps qu’il ne pouvait pas nous donner une autre chambre car l’hôtel était complet. Puis a proposé d’aller faire le ménage de la chambre lui même puis est redescendu en disant que la chambre était trop sale pour nous l’attribuer. Apres 40 minutes, il a finalement trouvé une autre chambre (l’hôtel n’était donc pas complet…). Honteux ! Nous souhaitons un remboursement.
