Pros:

La struttura si trova a due passi dalla stazione in un punto strategico per visitare la zona circostante. Ho alloggiato in una suite spaziosa e confortevole con due bagni. Ho trovato i letti molto comodi. La macchina del caffè Nespresso è stata molto apprezzata da tutta la famiglia. Il personale dell'hotel è attento e cortese. La colazione a buffet è abbastanza varia e si può consumare anche in terrazza.

Fijn hotel, zeer goede locatie, comfortabel
Pros:

De locatie was echt super, tegenover hjet station en midden tussen al het moois van Bellinzona. Daardoor konden we ondanks een wat latere aankomst toch nog genieten van het oude centrum en een leuk restaurantje. Zelfs nog het oude kasteel bezocht.
Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, we hadden een parkeerplaats gereserveerd en we kregen een kamer upgrade naar een suite met 2 verdiepingen. Niets te klagen dus! Prima ontbijt ook.

Cons:

Jammer dat de receptie niet de uitstraling heeft die bij het prijskaartje en de online uitstraling past… de receptie oogt een beetje ‘low-budget’… Het hele hotel was echt schoon, ruim en comfortabel, maar gezien de foto’s en de prijs had ik een iets luxer hotel verwacht, op alle fronten. Maar we kwamen niets te kort, dus ik wil niet klagen. Het is gewoon een eerlijke kanttekening.
