Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte in allen Bereichen.
Nachdem das 1. Zimmer etwas laut war, haben wir sofort ein neues ruhigeres Zimmer bekommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind morgens laut.

Chiar o experiență de neuitat!
Pros:

Am dorit un sejur de neuitat la acest hotel. Am căutat mult până l-am ales și am vrut să fie o surpriză pentru perechea mea. Hotelul este foarte frumos renovat într-o casă veche. Spațiile sunt bine gândite și armonios integrate în vintage-ul clădirii. Recepționista a fost extrem de amabilă și, în urma unei mici neplăceri, ne-a oferit o altă cameră.

Cons:

Proprietarii ar trebui să actualizeze adresa hotelului, fiindcă au două locații și o singură adresă. Rezervarea noastră era la o cu totul altă adresă decât cea de pe site și ni s-a replicat, cu nonșalanță, că trebuie să punem pe gps numele hotelului, nu coordonatele! Camera care ne-a fost rezervată nu a fost curățată corespunzător și am solicitat o alta. Din nefericire pentru mine, care mă deplasez destul de greu, camera cea nouă a fost la mansardă. Nu am comentat și nu consider asta un neajuns. Doar sugerez proprietarilor să facă un protocol de lucru pentru curățenie, ca să se asigure că sunt respectați toți pașii necesari. Altfel, recomand hotelul.
