Nice hotel, for a family stay
Pros:

Location, clean room, nice breakfast with lot of choice, very nice and clean pool

Cons:

Bathroom a bit old, in the room for our kids, one of our toilet seat broken

I like the staffs of the receptionist. Receptionists are polite .

Cons:

The cleaners are not good behavior . The quality of the cleaning is bad .
The manager of the hotel is not professional.
The break fast are the same food . Never change the menu at all for 14 days

Perfect for a budget holiday/ travel. We were greatly looked after.
Pros:

This place is a steal for its price. The staff take great care of the place. The rooms and clean and modern. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Me and my partner had a great stay here.

Fantastic hotel in Patong, and great value. I've stayed with them before over the years going to Patong, and they have definitely improved everywhere I all area's. You have to try and book the rooms with balcony's over looking the swimming pool, as the road that passes reception and front rooms have a lot of noise cars, bikes and a small bar across the road that gets quite noisy early hours of morning. They do supply earplugs Lol. I loved the basic breakfast you served in the morning downstairs next to the pool. Staff are fantastic but you have to remember they don't understand a lot of english so they come across moody, and they only know a few english words. The rooms are perfect for the daily rate they charge and including breakfast as well. My total stay was 25 nights and I'll definitely go back. They a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach and the 2 big shopping centers. There's loads of restaurants and bars and local shops very close to the hotel.

Cons:

Parking for your bike and cars can be disorganised otherwise all good.
