Staff. Receptionist on Tuesday evening 26/05/2026 was rude. We asked twice for a blanket for the baby and they never brought it. Best of luck to the business with employees like him.
The spa services were really good and fairly priced.
The fact there was only 1 person upon check in working behind the desk meant a long wait time to check in and once I was checked in, which online states after 3pm they were understaffed on housekeeping meaning a lot of the rooms including mine were not ready yet so I sat in reception for 45 mins before I went back up to the desk to ask. My room was now ready. Upon entering the room there was cleanliness issues. The bath/shower had someone’s toenail clipping still in it so I didn’t want to use it. The bedside drawers were filled with crumbs so it meant I couldn’t put my stuff in the drawers. When you flushed the toilet the toilet pipes quite literally screamed loudly for a good 5 seconds everytime. The air con unit even though I turned it off in the eve still made an annoying vibrate sound every 5 mins or so and did not stop way into the night to when I woke up in the morning. Rooms are not soundproofed so could literally hear everything (yes even that) My room key didn’t allow me access to the pool so I had to keep asking reception to let me in. My room key then stopped working after my first night so had to ask reception to allow me a new one to reenter my room. The buffet breakfast I went down at 9:15 nothing was restocked and breakfast finished at 10 so there was only 2 pieces of bacon left and no eggs :( I had a bowl of cereal and some toast instead. Coffee from the self serve machine was awful had a salty tinge for some reason. And then on check out day I queued again a good 10 mins just to check out and hand my keycard back as the person on the desk was on the phone the whole time. The pool was nice however the jacuzzi was dirty lots of debris in the bottom. The only thing I did really like was the massage I booked. The masseuse was lovely and very professional she was great!
The decor was great, it made the hotel feel really modern and a lot of effort had been put in to make it feel luxurious. The room was spacious, facilities and location were good.
I think the staff need a bit of energising and it was clear the cleaning team was understaffed. I had to empty the fridge in our room on the first day and the room was only cleaned once and barely at that. People in front of me at check out complained about their fridge being full on check in as well. There were dirty plates left outside other rooms for a day or so in the landing outside our room. Overall cleaning on a 4 star hotel really needs improving.
Nice room, clean. Friendly staff, nice pool
Told there were inter connecting rooms but apparently there aren't. If I had known this I wouldn't have booked.
No fridge, I didn't check this on the listing and it wasn't that important but would have been nice to have as it's pretty standard in most hotels.
Very nice spa lovely breakfast lovely room my little dog loved it.
It was all lovely
Usual hotel very clean nice staff & lovley rooms & food & drink plus location. Stayed here the last 4 years now
Beds so comfy!
No nets up so windows exposed if curtains not drawn & shower pole was broken
Staff were 10/10 really friendly and happy to help with anything!
Good breakfast
Really close to the beach
The carpet of the room had some coffe marks
The worst part of our stay was the parking:
It is own by a private company and anyone can park there (including not hotel guest), you can’t book in advance and even if you pay for the full day if you arrive and there is no space- you can’t park. Absolutely awful! Hotels manager are aware of this and no changes.
Lovely hotel and room
Parking was a bit hard to find when we got there
Good room and Spa
Very little information about the wifi, the Spa or how to use changing room lockers
Location
Paid for breakfast but then on arrival to the restaurant in the morning was told had to pay for the hot foot, which is ridiculous because I wouldn't have paid for cold breakfast. The pool and spa were then closed because a child had an accident in the pool, which happens but atleast offer a partial refund! Our room had a broken toilet seat, rotten carpet, a towel with a hole in, a half used toilet roll so had to get extra and a burnt iron mark on the desk.
Spa facilities and location
It was little bit noisy
