Für ein paar Tage in Hanoi absolut geeignet.
Pros:

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck unterstellen, weil unsere Abreise erst später war.
Das Frühstück im obersten Stock wurde frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es kein Tageslicht.

Pros:

Helpful friendly staff with 24 hour service. Perfect position not noisy. Very comfortable room with great Horst water for showers and very comfortable bed. Great air-conditioning. On top of that great breakfast from 9th floor with spectacular view. Highly recommended.

Great stay
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful all the time, they even helped me with my check-in for my flight. The location is great, close to restaurants and city center. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Pros:

The room was nice and fancy. Very comfortable and great value for the money. Specially front desk staff was very friendly and polite.

Cons:

Mucha discusión con los recepcionistas que no conocían negociaciones previas con el manager, malentendidos varios, avería importante en el sistema de aire acondicionado, habitaciones sin ventana y muchas discusiones para conseguir otra con ventana (aunque interior, pero al menos luz natural ). Muchos tiempo y energía perdidos en el proceso. No se quiere eso cuando se está viajando en un lugar tan diferente culturalmente. Desgaste extra absolutamente innecesario y no deseado.

Relación calidad-precio. Recibimiento a la llegada bastante patético: personal dormido y no sabían muy bien cómo atender al cliente (llegada tarde en la noche, avisada). La habitación no correspondía con la categoría y calidad que ofrecieron inicialmente.

Pros:

Comfy bed, clean bathroom with a nice shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English), they even helped me check in for my flight when the website was only in Vietnamese. Really great location basically right in the middle of Old and French Quarters.

Great Location! Comfortable room, reception staff was fantastic and very helpful.

Cons:

There is a sister property with a very similar name. This caused a bit of an issue, but the team handled it immediately and got me to the right location.
