Comfortable stay, well located
Pros:

We only stayed one night, so we don’t have too much to say — but the room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is very well located.

Overall, a pleasant stay and a convenient base in Hanoi.

Cons:

One point that could be improved: I hadn’t realised that our room had no window, which can feel a little unsettling for some people. It may be that I simply missed this detail when booking, but I think it would be worth clearly flagging to guests beforehand.

Non vale la spesa.

La posizione era centralissima. Ottimo servizio pulizie

Cons:

La stanza era molto molto più piccola di quello che c’era su booking, l’unica finestra dava su una chiostrina interna quindi non si vedeva mai la luce. Su 5 prese elettriche ne funzionavano due. La colazione non era buona. Il succo di frutto della passione, buonissimo in Vietnam, era di pessima qualità. Su 3 mattine, abbiamo scelto di fare colazione solo una mattina. Una notte abbiamo dovuto anche sopportare le voci di una ragazza sul corridoio che urlava e sbatteva i pugni contro la porta accanto, in una situazione molto strana. Solo dopo un nostro alert alla reception, lo staff è intervenuto per calmare la situazione. Il giorno dopo nessuno è sembrato particolarmente dispiaciuto per l’accaduto, come fosse normale.

Für ein paar Tage in Hanoi absolut geeignet.
Pros:

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck unterstellen, weil unsere Abreise erst später war.
Das Frühstück im obersten Stock wurde frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es kein Tageslicht.

Pros:

Helpful friendly staff with 24 hour service. Perfect position not noisy. Very comfortable room with great Horst water for showers and very comfortable bed. Great air-conditioning. On top of that great breakfast from 9th floor with spectacular view. Highly recommended.

Cannot complain about anything.

Great stay
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful all the time, they even helped me with my check-in for my flight. The location is great, close to restaurants and city center. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.
