Un véritable havre de paix, où le calme contraste magnifiquement avec l’énergie urbaine.
Pros:

Parfaitement situé dans le vieux quartier de Hanoï, l’endroit séduit par sa décoration magnifique. Dans la chambre, règne un calme absolu. Et dès qu’on quitte l’hôtel, on se retrouve aussitôt plongé dans l’effervescence de la capitale, entouré de ses restaurants, boutiques, cafés et spas.

The front desk staff were very nice and approachable, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights and booked two rooms for our group of four adults. During cleaning, two of us would temporarily move to the other room.

However, on our 6th day, after the room had been cleaned, my mother and cousin returned and noticed that money they had left hidden on the table was already missing. We reported this to the front desk, and it was later explained that a housekeeper had taken it, claiming they believed it was a tip.

This explanation is difficult to accept, as it was not our last day, and the money had been placed discreetly on the table. Additionally, the table was not even part of the area being cleaned, as only the bed and bathroom were serviced. This incident was very disappointing and left a negative impression on our stay.

A very good stay and Staff are great. Tried their best to resolve serious WiFi problems - to no avai

All the staff are very caring and sweet and location and room are great. Breakfast is very good. Great little balcony overlooking the street.

Cons:

unfortunately WiFi is not reliable for doing professional meetings. Though staff tried their best to resolve this and were very sweet and offered me alternative spaces to work.
