Mixed experience.
Pros:

The hotel and my room were reasonably clean. The breakfast is ok but more egg choice would be an improvement: scrambled only is unsatisfactory. The staff are excellent and as helpful as possible.

Cons:

Second time in a fortnight I get a hotel room with no heating during a cold weather period. Oh please, UK hotels, why do you keep giving us cold rooms? When I complained, a pleasant 'engineer' with poor English quickly arrived with a portable electric heater, which as I looked more closely during the evening I realised had a broken control panel and was therefore unsafe (- marked No4). It worked, so I said no more. Also, no easy chair or safe.

Bom no geral.

Cons:

Existem vários hotéis com o mesmo nome em torno do aeroporto. Falta sinalizar como chegar , que linha de ônibus pegar... Falta um transfer próprio...
É bom truncado o deslocamento ir e vir ao hotel

I like the stuff I like the layout of the room. I thought the shower was absolutely impeccable. I did like some of the choices for breakfast. I did like the fact that they had alternate milk but I did have to ask for it. It wasn’t available to just have

We stayed in a room with two single beds. I have stayed here before with a double beds. They are impeccable the single beds however are the most budget value finish mattresses ever and you can feel every single spring! I also do not like the fact that every single light is left on in the hallway and the light comes underneath the door so it lights up the bedroom
The breakfast for the hot food it was a good choice. I do wish there were fried eggs as I couldn’t eat the scrambled eggs as I’m lactose intolerant and they contain butter and milk even though it was not advertised that it has dairy in it I had to ask the hashbrowns today was the driest I’ve ever had in my life. The toaster was also set far too high that when the bread came out, it was burnt and black the bowls and the plates were also dirty. I had to go about 405 down to find a clean one. They were all still wet. They hadn’t been dried water droplets carry bacteria.
As a cleaner myself I wasn’t too impressed with details in the shower. There was a lot of limescale mould around the shelves mould in the grout. All of this is a quick 20 minute job to get rid of.
The parking is absolutely horrendous. Some customers have quite expensive cars and feel the need to park over two spaces. I found the staff were reserving parking for the vans but yet there’s extra long bays out the front workmen as well. We’re parking over two bays in their work vans. People were also reserving their own spots with cones.

Good stay BUT parking scam
Pros:

Good sized room.

Cons:

All good, but I'm only giving 2 stars due to the fact that the charge of £16 for parking is not mentioned anywhere before booking. When you see the facilities, it says WiFi, ensuite bathroom, parking, etc. Therefore, they make it look like parking is included. It's only when you get there and check in that they tell you that you have to pay extra. What a scam.

Also, there was a lot of noise overnight. I think my room was next to a supplies cupboard, so there was constant banging, etc.
