Perfect for overnight stay before going to airport, if you have a car there is parking but if you want to park later at night it fills up quickly but I always found a spot. In all for the price it wasn't the fanciest but did the job.
It does see it's share of tour busses and you have to time your breakfast time accordingly.
Staff were really nice and accommodating
The rooms are old and tired and you can smell cooking when you walked into the reception area really strong cooking smells

I checked in at approximately 4:00 AM and had booked and fully paid for accommodation for 3 adults. However, upon arrival, the room provided had only two beds with no proper arrangement for the third guest.
When I raised this with the reception, I was informed that a roll-away bed would be provided. The bed supplied was extremely uncomfortable, very low in height, and had only a single mattress. The bedsheets and comforter were also not of acceptable quality, making it unsuitable for proper rest after an overnight journey.
Despite this, I did not escalate the issue further at the time due to fatigue from travel and used the arrangement provided. The night receptionist assured us that a proper room with three beds would be arranged after 8:00 AM, which we accepted in good faith.
However, this commitment was not honored. After multiple follow-ups, the morning staff had no awareness of any such arrangement. We were eventually shifted to another room only at around 10:00 AM.
This reflects a clear failure in delivering the confirmed booking arrangement and internal communication between staff. I therefore request a refund for one night’s stay, as the service provided did not match the booking made and paid for, and the agreed arrangement was not fulfilled in a timely manner.

everything. did not clean their rooms (bathrooms are filled with scum and bed filled with hair), allow young girls to be abandoned and left alone in hotel rooms, force you to use toilets that don’t flush
We only stayed a few hours to shower and rest a bit ahead of late flights to Aust so my comments should be considered in that light. Slough is still a bit of hail to the airport (T5) but cheaper than closer options. The room was comfortable but there was a terrible musty odour - we couldn’t have stayed there overnight. It was fine for our purposes so we didn’t bring the problem to anyone’s attention (we didn’t have time). The receptionist was very polite and helpful when we checked in so it might’ve just been that room and they might’ve moved us if we’d asked.
The smell of the room was terrible and it also looks out to a carpark. But we were just heading to the airport so the later didn’t really matter.

Breakfast was empty, staff were rude, paid for car parking and when arrived told there was none and told to go find somewhere to park. Had to argue with car park staff and then reception to get a space I paid for! Very loud and noisy.

Where should I start, the concept of cleaning is non existent, from the start, the breakfast plates where dirty , the cutlery is dirty with food particles from previous user, the hallways between rooms is dirty and smelling rotten
The worst is when we arrived after long travel around 12:30 , the receptionist said there is no rooms available until 2 if you want early check in pay 20 pounds ??? Like you just said there is no rooms ??? , also the parkings is 16 pounds per night which is pricy
