Well located business hotel with excellent staff.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Good, clean and well located hotel. Decent breakfast included to make a good start to your day. Easy to get to work or get in a quick run on the Guadalupe parkway. Decent gym is an additional benefit.

Pleasant stay overall, but rooms had a lingering smell
Pros:

Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and we really liked the location and the EV charging. The room itself was clean, but there was a strong lingering smell that seemed to come from the curtains and blinds, we noticed it in both rooms, even after switching. The bathroom was mostly clean, just a bit dusty along the edges, and the bathtub had some staining/chipping.

Breakfast was decent, though it could use a bit more variety. Aside from that, everything else was fine. Improving the odor in the rooms would make a big difference.

Comfortable World of Hyatt Stay in Silicon Valley

The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for business stay. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette and comfortable work area, which added a lot of convenience. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing.

Check-in was smooth, points were credited correctly, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, with a good variety of hot and cold options.
The hotel’s location is ideal for Silicon Valley travel—close to major offices, dining options, and highways—while still feeling comfortable and low-stress.

Overall, Hyatt House San Jose / Silicon Valley delivers exactly what World of Hyatt promises: consistency, comfort, and reliable service. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to both business travelers and long-stay guests.

Pros:

Location was good right off the freeway.

Cons:

The facilities were not great to me. I've been in many Hyatt Houses and this one must be one of the older ones.

Great location, comfortable room
Pros:

Great hotel. Great comfort and awesome breakfast. The bed assured a good night sleep. It felt very safe. Loved the nearby places to eat.
