Desserts only cake, no more agar-agar
Many aspects of our stay indicated it does not deserve the 5 star rating. 4 at best. Food wasn't great & neither was the cocktails except for the man that made the cocktails in the restaurant. No pool. No baggage service. Na to 5 star.
No custimer care at all i do email also no response even i call no answer never again.the rate is high when i book doesnt matter it matters to me is if have atleast good service but sorry to say no at all i have reasons why and i have an email.plus and uploaded picture in email.and in my email said can sray till 2pm and suddenly said not allowed only till 2pm bet ween recepfion and who send email no cooperations.
No customer care not clean .sorry but its true we comllain what we see j why we said not clean we have pictures ust rhey ignore us.we resquested till 2pm and i ask if any charges by email the allowed us till 2pm suddenly they said only till 12 bit i habe an email maximum till 2pm very dus appointedmy sin ask in proper war even i do email if they can stay till 2pm said no but they agree maximum 2pm. Never again this place for me.....

Better than being in my home. Glad I extended my stay instead of jumping around to experience other hotels. Pool under renovation only slight difference at this time than my last visit.
I really loved how friendly, approachable, and accommodating all the staff were during our stay. Everyone made us feel welcomed and comfortable from check-in until check-out. The room was very spacious, clean, elegant, and cozy, especially the bed was big and super cozy, which made resting after a long day even better. I also really appreciated the personalized touch on the TV that said “Welcome to Blu” with my name on it. Small details like that made the experience feel extra special and premium.
The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many delicious choices available. The location is also very convenient since it’s very near SM City Cebu. It’s close enough to walk to, so there’s no need to ride a cab or car anymore which made going around much easier and hassle-free. Overall, the ambiance, comfort, service, and food were truly 5-star.
Honestly, there was nothing major that I disliked during our stay. Everything was excellent overall.
Room was large and clean. Great big buffet. Great noodle station in the breakfast buffet. Walk into a shopping centre directly next door was very convenient.
Spa team was a bit unfriendly and disconnected. Lovely spa facilities, but didnt seem to care much.
