so, so....and the aircon was freezing in the lobby.
Pros:

The room felt damp, and chilly and had a musty odor to it.

Cons:

The room less damp and the odor of wet.
The breakfast buffet needed .....Potatoes and real susage.

I think that it is the BIGGEST buffet breakfast that I have ever been to anywhere in the world! It was very impressive to say the least! You really couldn't have wanted for anything more! The foyer is also very impressive!

My Favorite Hotel
Pros:

Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and relaxing sofa. Food are superb! Spe Bicol express and Pork Sisig. Love it!

Pros:

Amazing hotel, will stay there again. Service is excellent, rooms are clean and comfy and modern. Haven't tried the pool because it was being renovated, but the gym and spa were pretty cool.

The hotel is about 30–45 minutes from the airport. While not in the city center, its location is convenient, with many attractions just minutes away by Grab. Being right next to SM Mall adds great value, offering easy access to a wide range of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The entrance is spacious and elegant, creating a strong first impression. Staff are polite and attentive, with personnel stationed by the elevators to assist promptly. The concierge was helpful, and my room was clean with a pleasant city view. The hotel seems popular with both local and international guests.
Buffet: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are available, with a large selection that caters to different tastes. It’s a good option if you prefer dining in. Staff are attentive, and seating is generally easy to find, even on busy weekends.
Amenities: Room amenities were somewhat limited. Towels were insufficient for frequent showers, and requesting extras required repeated follow-ups. Bathrobes, listed online as standard, were not provided until specifically requested after several days.
Pool: The hotel’s pool was under repair during my stay, a detail not disclosed at booking. Guests should confirm facility availability beforehand.
