Bra hotell, men litt slitt. Og bassenget var under oppussing. Det får man ikke vite før etter at man har bikket rommet.

I was quite dissatisfied with the way the front desk handled my sister's check-in process. I was very clear in my request that I use my account to make reservations on her behalf, and the reservation agent acknowledged my email. However, when my sister arrived at the hotel, they asked for a confirmation, even though I understood that the email I forwarded to them was sufficient. They told my sister that they wanted me to call the reception for verification purposes, which I thought was standard procedure, but the first thing when I sent an email, the reservation will notify me of any proof or confirmation. Due to the time difference, I was unable to attend the concern because I was at work, which caused my sister inconvenience due to poor communication. In order to prevent any delays in the check-in procedure, it would have been preferable if you had told me in advance that I needed to provide proof or give the reception a call.
