Great staff, well appointed rooms and nice amenities!
Pros:

The variety of items on the breakfast buffet was impressive. Unfortunately most of the items were not hot even though they were served in chafing dishes and we ate minutes after they opened for breakfast.

Cons:

Our room had an unusual smell to
It and the tile floor in the bathroom and entryway seemed to always be damp.

Layover on return home
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and well located. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The food at feria for dinner and breakfast was very good and the choice was huge and had something for everyone.

Cons:

Although there is a dress code in the restaurant you had a lot of people coming in shorts and sleeveless tops in the evening and pyjamas in the morning which is not something you expect from a restaurant in a 5 star hotel.

The location is superb and the staff are exceptional it feels like home they are all very warm and welcoming

Cons:

The pool is not open for years when we visited in 2023 it was closed and in 2024 it is still closed and still closed in 2026

Spitzen Hotel für 1-2 Nächte
Pros:

Wir haben von Anthony ein Zimmer Upgrade erhalten, vielen lieben Dank! Das Zimmer war spitze, so eine wahnsinnig gute Frühstücksauswahl haben wir selten erlebt, die Nähe zur Shopping Mall.

The toilet bowl has yellow stain
The conditioner is not good quality, seems like the lotion and conditioner was interchanged
As after using the conditioner our hair is hard and stick together not like the usual conditioner that it gets smooth

For price, certainly not overwhelmed….5 star, really expect more.
Pros:

Good location. Hotel lobby etc impressive. Huge bed and super comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

Cons:

Room was deluxe, was dated, shower had very poor flow of water, door did not close properly in bathroom without a good push.
