Great experience, would book again and recommend
Pros:

Clean and well presented. Staff were efficient and attentive. The young woman who served our diner was lovely and worth every penny she earns.

Staff pleasant but property and rooms worn and tired. Large stains on duvet are not acceptable especially for a room at

Setting has potential but looking really tired and features like fountains look abandoned

Cons:

Room furniture very worn and tired. Duvet had several large dark stains! Never seen this anywhere.

Lovely setting …wonderful staff .

Excellent…two went the extra mile.
Subin …I think his name is …on the front desk..was very helpful even when under check in pressure on Friday night…from helping with information to help with getting into my room with my luggage ..as I have spinal problems and I am 74.
Also a gentleman working on the bar and terrace on Sunday ,who turned down the music for my friend ( also staying at your hotel) who has had brain surgery and has hearing problems…he allowed us to chat and catch up with each other .
He did this even though he had criticism from other clients and when they asked why he felt he could not reveal my friends illness out of discretion and privacy.
We were staying in rooms 37 and 72.
A young lady on Saturday morning was very helpful assisting us to get taxis.
Everyone will complain ..but perhaps not enough people praise hardworking staff who go the extra mile.

The menu in the restaurant was limited and uninspiring.
