Pros:

We like the hotel and location staffs good too

Cons:

TV wasn't working in one of the room came too late to play with only wanted to put on to get radio but didn't work, it should have been checked as part of cleaning part check list.
Also breakfast should have been included as part of room cost to make value for money.

If you’re looking for exceptional Customer service, this is not for you.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Complimentary car park is great too. Building is designed well with comfortable seating and modern design throughout.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the customer service. Every single person from the front desk to the bar staff Lacked kindness and politeness. Breakfast staff were great. Example; In the bar area, I went to enquire about the pizza and fries I’d ordered sober 30mins ago for my daughter. The staff member was rude and flustered. He eventually bought over the food, plonked it on the table and left without saying a word. The bar service in the day time was very slow in general. Staff appeared to just brush off several customers rudely when they asked if anyone was free to serve. A customer who told me he was an ex-manager even told me that he’s not happy with the service here.

On an extremely hot weekend on 23/24/25 May 2026, the aircon wasn’t working in our room despite an engineer replacing the filter. The arcon also failed in the wedding reception venue we were attending.

Excellent hotel, and wonderful staff in convenient location.
Pros:

There had been a technical glitch with our booking but the assistant and Manager quickly sorted things out for us.
Excellent service.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and so quiet. Comfortable beds.

Just what we wanted - only thing that let us down was Uber on Saturday
Pros:

Breakfast fine - usual buffet - great bacon and mushrooms
Plus fruit etc Staff lovely and attentive

Cons:

Is on flight path but they can’t really help that - not disturbed in rooms, only outside in early mornings really.

We stayed 2 nights. Excellent service from all the staff. Food at night was exceptional.

Both breakfasts were very good ie full English and continental

Cons:

Perhaps a local map given out free from reception. We were at a loss onto what we could do without using the car.
