Amazing food and location but for the amount of money the service and room amenities were not good enough.
Pros:

Location for Kew amazing and the restaurant was incredible with such good service and food. Had a terrace which was lovely.

Cons:

No dressing gowns provided, no cosmetic appliances like in 95% of hotels. And the member of staff on night duty at reception couldn’t be bothered to take time to look for my bottle which I accidentally left when checking in. Luckily the morning shift staff member found it instantly.

Premium hotel in beautiful setting.
Pros:

Beautiful location with easy parking. Great room - really good size and huge bed. Bathroom also large with bath and separate walk in shower. I didn’t get time to use the hotel facilities but the bar looked good and there was a very pleasant looking area for outdoor seating. Overall a premium feel.

We requested if we could extend stay and pay as had to attend wedding and got stuck in accident.but we were not allowed to stay,rather being asked to vacate the rooms in 10 minutes.

Cons:

I didn’t like how Booking.com charged me another £50 to take my 4yr old grandson when it’s free for him at the hotel. Yes, you refunded me eventually but it should never have happened in the first place. The hotel was great. Bit of a trek into the city as the Piccadilly Line was closed.

Pros:

There were loud music coming from the club the first night, we didn't sleep weell, the hotel have refund me £104, to you booking.com, can you please ensure I get back that money paid in my account . Thank you otherwise the trip was great.
