ok not worth the money at all
Pros:

i liked the event we attended and the lobby area was clean and staff were great

Cons:

£250 + breakfasts was far to much based on the room facilities, no robe shower pubic hair found in the shower no tea of coffee fatalities based on price paid. Towels on low quality based on money paid . over all disappointed with the accommodation

It was disappointing I have stayed before and it was a more better comfortable stay

The location and the rooms themselves

Cons:

I had a newborn and needed to express milk and store in the fridge but the fridge wasn’t working upon arrivals, after informing housekeeping and also front desk they just acknowledged but didn’t do anything. It was very stressful as I hardly left the room because I needed to do fresh feeds and couldn’t take prepared bottles out as I normally would. Plus no gluten free options anywhere just gluten free toast as I have celiac disease

Superb night away
Pros:

Perfect location
The staff were so friendly and helpful made my stay amazing
The black lady in the restaurant was excellent gave great customer service service and was brilliant with the children making them feel welcome

Cute and cosy chic room, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

Ground floor room was nice and beautifully decorated. I had a lovely few hours in Kalima spa which made me forget the ants

Cons:

The room had many ants on the desk and then at night me and my husband felt a few ants on us but thought they climbed on us from outside but in the morning the desk had even more ants and we didn’t eat over there. I didn’t report them at night but I did when I woke up at 10 AM and the guest services said they will send someone round but nobody came
