One night stay in the heatwave.
Pros:

The family room was great, and there were separate rooms . Amenities very handy , parking was easy.

Cons:

No air con or fans.

Great value for money
Pros:

Great value for money for a one night stop over. The room was clean & had everything we needed.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little tired & dated. It was functional & clean though.
We were on the ground floor & our window looked out onto some picnic tables. This wasnt an issue as such but people did keep passing by close to the window when walking their dogs.

We stayed one night with the dog as a preparation for attending cricket and it all worked OK
Pros:

Accepted our little dog.
Good quality towels
Tasty tea bags

Given the exceptional conditions a little more ventilation would help. Very restricted window opening.

The gentleman on late duty was helpful friendly and welcoming.wecdidnt arrive till gone midnight due to traffic and road closure it wasn't a problem

Safe, good value and very handy
Pros:

Felt very safe and comfortable here . Excellent stop to break up my journey. Very happy that I could bring my dog although we did have steps to go up. Service area adequate for dog walking and food stop. Would use again .

Good stay ...cheap hotel worth the money for crashing out.

Cleanliness smother checking in , checking out,
On M5southbound services easy to stop and goo

Cons:

It was on Southbound M5 and we weren't sure if we could stop via driving on northbound side of the service because there was no link and we had to drive another 5 miles on next junction to return 5 miles back on southbound side to rest . No charging sockets next to beds, no spoons or aid stuff to make tea, Room smelled a bit close to window.

Pros:

Easy to find, clean with lots of choice for breakfast nearby

Cons:

The fact that people were exercising dogs outside our window and waiting for them to do their business. Nothing against dogs and they have to go, but there was a steady stream!
