From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applicable to all foreign guests. If you choose to pay at the property upon your arrival, you will have to pay the tourist tax directly at the property. If you pay for your reservation via Booking.com, we will collect this tax from you directly.

Had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur! The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. I accidentally made a mistake with my booking, but one of the staff members patiently guided me through the process and helped resolve it smoothly, which I truly appreciated.
The complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the free parking was a big plus. The studio suite was very convenient for our stay with a 1-year-old baby, and having basic amenities like a kettle, microwave, and fridge made everything much easier.
The location is excellent, with KL Tower, shopping malls, restaurants, and many attractions nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, staff was response, place was clean and well situated.
The cleaning staff was "EXCEPTIONALLY" helpful.
I was in 1906 and the cleaning staff in general, and the one person assigned to my floor in particular was exceptionally good natured, helpful and worthy of commendation.
Neither of these are critiques but I think addressing these could polish the next guest's experience.
Everytime I showered - when I closed the shower the shower head would fall off / dangle. I think it has something to do with the pressure immediately releasing. But it scared me everytime it happened.
The rooms are also exceptionally great, the lightning is amazing.
But there isn't a clear divide b/w the bedroom and lounge so sometimes the lounge light would seep into the bedroom and could affect the sleep of the person in the bed if the other person has to work late into the night, for example.

Excellent service
I enjoy the location and conveniences it offered. Staffs are well trained, even let us check-in 3 hours earlier than normal hour. A lot of stores are just nearby where you can get adaptors, fruits and drinks easily. I had a hair cut in a man hair shop just 3 minutes walking distance. I really enjoy to stay in this hotel.
Only one thing I like to complain a little about. I think the bed is not clean enough for me. Even it looks clean but me and my wife feel itchy on our body. Not sure if it was caused by bed, but this is our guess.
Still, we highly recommend you guys to stay in this hotel.

一切都很好，早餐也算便宜，旁邊有7-11對面有KK超商，離鬧區很近。
唯一美中不足是跟飯店裡的Tourdesk訂車到機場，99RM比Grab貴許多，司機卻邊開車邊頻繁看手機回訊息，揉眼睛打哈欠，缺乏專業素養，看在安全送達的份上就算了。
