Het is een prima locatie in de populaire wijk Bukit bintang. De kamers zijn echt prima. Ook de zwembaden zijn fijn. Het ontbijt is prima. Niet het beste dat we ooit hebben gehad, maar wel goed genoeg.
Bij een 5-sterren hotel verwacht je 5-sterren service. Voornamelijk op het gebied van gastvrijheid ontbrak dit. Het personeel achter de balie groet gasten niet. Het voelt meer alsof je langs de conciërge van een flatgebouw loopt op weg naar de lift.

Emplacement central, vue magnifique, propreté, 2 piscines dont une rooftop. On peut laisser les bagages à l'arrivée et au départ. La chambre était prête bien avant l'heure du check in. Petit dej sympa !

При бронировании номера я указала, что в нем будут проживать трое гостей, включая ребенка 11 лет. Несмотря на это, при заселении для ребенка не были подготовлены спальные принадлежности.
Во время регистрации я дополнительно обратилась к сотрудникам с просьбой предоставить постельные принадлежности для ребенка, однако к моменту, когда мы собирались ложиться спать, ничего подготовлено не было. После повторного обращения нам принесли лишь подушку и старое одеяло без пододеяльника (см. фото ниже). Сотрудник просто бросил их на диван и ушел, даже не попытавшись застелить спальное место. В результате мне пришлось снова идти на ресепшен и требовать предоставить простыню и пододеяльник.
Завтраки также оставили разочарование. Ассортимент блюд очень скромный и практически не ориентирован на международных, в том числе европейских, гостей.
Кроме того, в коридорах на этажах отсутствует кондиционирование. С учетом жаркого и влажного климата находиться там крайне некомфортно.
Сам отель также нуждается в обновлении. Мебель заметно изношена, а диваны давно требуют замены или профессиональной реставрации.
К сожалению, уровень сервиса и состояние отеля не соответствуют ожиданиям. Рассчитывали на более внимательное отношение к гостям и более высокий стандарт обслуживания.

The location near from everthing , ..the staff very nice polite ..helpful...respectable.
The hotel was going through the renevation so there was noise ,beside the disco clubs are next to us...alot of noise abd disurbance at late night ..the location is good but being next to disco clubs and bars is so bad for families .
Zeer goede ligging. Zeer mooie ruime kamers en goed ontbijt. Mijn man was gevallen en het personeel was zeer bezorgd. .
