Pros:

comfy bed

Cons:

it was so hot I asked for a fan for my child and the woman at reception just said we haven't got one ! they were not fully booked there were rooms available therefore there were spare fans ! I had to give my child mine and not sleep due to no air conditioning it was in the middle of the motorway which I didn't realise when booking so it wasn't convenient for me

The stay sufficed as a one night stopover.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs an upgrade.

Cons:

Sink tap was dripping unless it was turned off so tightly my partner couldn't turn it on. Shower needs a screen instead of a curtain.

Great stopover en route to eurotunnel. Dog and kid friendly
Pros:

Lovely staff who made us (including our dog) feel welcome. Convenient for the eurotunnel. Basic but clean, comfortable and good value. We borrowed a book from reception to read to our 2 year old which he enjoyed.

Cons:

Noise from doors closing / slamming disturbed us throughout the night (mainly because they disturbed our dog…). Soft closing doors would be a good upgrade.

Location was close to where I was working.

Cons:

I asked for a double room as was given 2 singles! Not ideal for 6ft4 guy who works 12 hour days and wants some comfort in the evening. I’m staying again this week and I’ve asked for a double.
