Nice place with a few problems that need to be solved.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable within walking distance of the city Centre

Cons:

Lots of construction going on next door to the property. Since the property was quite new staff were still being trained and it was evident. Also there was a fault in the lifts and being in higher floors is no joke especially to climb the stairs. Eventually they realized that they can make available the service lift for the clients but still even the signage left much to be desired. Once these things are solved there is huge potential

Great location. Comfortable and liked the amenities.
Pros:

It was a good location. Comfortable. Loved that it has a refrigerator and microwave as well as a mini kitchen. Wifi was good.

Cons:

There was alot of construction going on around the property. I wish it was a little closer to the city center.

Beim nächsten München-Shopping-Trip sicher nicht mehr in diesem Viertel. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Die Farbe des Zimmerdesigns. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Ok, es ist eine Neuübernahme und es gibt vermutlich noch Anlaufschwierigkeiten.
Aber für uns hat eine ganze Menge nicht gepasst bzw. war die Erwartungshaltung eine ganz andere: eigentlich sollte darauf hingewiesen werden dass sich gegenüber eine der größten Baustellen Münchens befindet - mit ordentlich Lärm schon in den frühen Morgenstunden.
Der Schwanthalerstrasse in dieser Höhe wünsche ich für die Zukunft alles Gute - zur Zeit glaubt man eher in einem orientalisch-versifften und verdreckten Viertel eingecheckt zu haben.
Die Küchenausstattung ohne ordentliche Trinkgläser, Pfannen, Schüsseln etc. lädt trotz der neuen Küchenzeile auch nicht unbedingt zur Selbstversorgung ein.
Und keine Ahnung was dort für Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden - einen so penetranten und unangenehmen Geruch im Zimmer und in den Gängen muss man auch erstmal finden.

一個月內入住兩次，地理位置離慕尼黑火車站約8分鐘，但附近治安沒有很好。櫃檯人員很親切，又是24小時的還不錯。房間空間算大，有廚房也不錯，希望碗可以多一點！

No me gustó que en los cinco días qué estuvimos alojados,no se hizo limpieza ni se cambiaron toallas.
Si ésto se hace por sostenibilidad,el cliente debía saberlo.
Yo desconocía que se podían coger toallas y útiles de limpieza de una sala.

Ottimo soggiorno!
Pros:

Appartamento molto carino, pulitissimo e confortevole. Vicino alla stazione dei treni e della metropolitana ma anche al tram che porta direttamente al centro (che oltretutto è raggiungibile anche a piedi in 20 minuti). Utilissimo il servizio lavanderia gratuito ed il deposito della valigia il giorno della partenza per poter girare liberamente.
Personale della reception molto cortese e disponile.
