Magic Location - Cafes, beach, all you need
Pros:

Great location - big rooms - get a room away from the main street (it is busy day and night). Two great cafes across the road for breakfast. The Sands pub is great for value meals too. The beach is just over the road - Magic

Short, sweet and reasonably priced for such a beautiful location. Would certainly revisit if ever returning to Narrabeen
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable room. Enjoyed the ability to be able to just go downstairs to enjoy a reasonably priced dinner in the hotel.

My room didn't include breakfast so walked to a nearby H20 Cafe on the lake across the road excellent food but will try the hotel breakfast next time.

Cons:

Tea/ coffee and sugar tray was dirty and sticky in my room from someone's previous use that had been overlooked. Everything else clean modern new facilities, comfy bed., Big balcony.
