Great hotel if you dont get a room anywhere near the lifts
Pros:

Clean rooms nice decor.

Cons:

Our room was directly opposite the lifts. The cleaning team stored all of their trolleys right outside our room and proceeded to chat loudly and bang things around for hours throughout the morning and afternoon . We had no uninterrupted time and felt they may as well have been in our room for the lack of privacy as they were right outside our door.

Pros:

Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Room large and great spot.
Grew up in the area and have told family about the stay for future trips.

We would come back
Cons:

Breakfast on both days with other guests ordered at same time didn’t arrive at the same time we were finished our breakfast 20 minutes before theirs were delivered. Cocktails in the evening took so long to be made and delivered

Pros:

The staff were awesome, free underground parking, the room was clean, and the coffee machine was a hit! Plus, the food and drink discounts made for a great stay. The King Coil mattress was super comfy. My room was on the roadside on Level 1, and I was worried it'd be noisy, but the soundproofing was good, so I didn't hear much at all. I had a small issue with the fridge freezing my milk and a drink, but the staff quickly replaced the milk and cleaned up the fridge. We figured out the fridge was on the wrong setting – an easy fix! I really enjoyed the food at the bistro, especially breakfast, which was reasonably priced.
