The location was fantastic. The beds and room were comfortable and the breakfast was top notch for this level of hotel including fresh fruit and locally sourced pastries.
Our room initially had ants but this is not unusual for high summer and the hotel dealt with it promptly. Also Peschiera has a problem with tourists revving their souped up sports vehicles - and this did disturb sleep as the hotel is above the main road through the town. Not the hotels fault

La struttura è mal tenuta. Ascensore vecchio. Stanza piccola e con una finestra senza alcuna vista se non un muro. Bisogna tenere luce sempre acccesa anche di giorno. In stanza viene fornito un phon che non funziona... un consiglio portatevelo da casa. La colazione poco fornita e di bassa qualità. Rapporto qualità prezzo non all'altezza.
O café da manhã foi excepcional, com muitas opções. Também havia a opção de tomar o café da manhã no terraço, mediante agendamento, com uma linda vista do Porto de Peschiera.

The breakfast was nice and the location was excellent.
The Internet was not working when we arrived and took 3 days before it was fixed.
Hot water wasn't available on one morning.
I didn't like the fixed shower head above where you stood.
I didn't like the sink unit as there was no plug to stop the water from escaping from it.

The hotel is well located, the staff very friendly, the bedroom very comfortable. When in Italy (Lago di Garda) it’s a MUST!

Location was excellent. Had room with balcony overlooking canal. Staff were vey helpful. Right by ferry. Discount at 2 restaurants owned by hotel
Staff were lovely and very helpful at breakfast
Breakfast room was not airconditioned and was uncomfortably hot but did have option to take a tray with breakfast outside but was equally hot
Very few taxis in the town and was difficult to get one from Station when we arrived and hotel had to book a private taxi in advance for our return to Verona Airport
