super zentral und ruhig gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Super ruhige Lage nahe Bahnhof und Gehdistanz zu Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Grosses Zimmer mit tollem Balkon. Sehr sauber, älteres Zimmer aber gut eingerichtet!

Good value. Very clean with a good location. Pleasant staff.
Pros:

The location is very convenient and central. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The hotel is an older style place. Everything worked very well (good water pressure, plenty of hot water, fast elevator, etc). The coffee at breakfast was very good. The pictures in the advertisement accurately reflect the rooms and facilities. Generally, it is a good value.

Cons:

The pillows were feather pillows. When I came down the first evening to ask for hypoallergenic pillows, none could be found. Hypoallergenic pillows have been the norm in hotels in Western Europe and North America for about 2 decades now. If they are not on the bed, they are generally in the room's closet. So, this was a shortcoming.
So, I rolled up a towel and used it instead. It was unpleasant. The day staff was able to find some hypoallergenic pillows and comforter the next day.
The single bed really is a single bed. Maybe 90 cm wide. Which is ok. Most hotels seem to have single beds around 100 cm, in my experience. Not a big deal though.

Pros:

Staff were unfailingly helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The location is quite convenient, especially to the main Gare. The included transportation ticket is quite useful in the greater Lausanne area.

Pros:

L’hôtel est confortable et calme. La localisation est parfaite, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et du métro de même que très près de plusieurs commerces et restaurants.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, bien qu’il offre un choix diversifié de nourriture de qualité, est un peu cher mais le service y est très rapide et courtois.

Pros:

Ottimo albergo in ottima posizione, albergo che frequento da anni (ora mancavo da molto tempo).

Cons:

Un tempo il parcheggio (prezioso a Losanna) era gratuito. Ora è piuttosto caruccio.

Pros:

La situation super centrée hyper proche de la gare de Lausanne, le grand calme, le confort de la literie et l'équipement plus que correct pour un 3*.

Cons:

La TV, dont l'image était parfaite, mais dont le son laissait à désirer.
