Room had a strong sweaty smell I could smell from the first second and it never went away, despite the window was always open. It looked clean, but it must came from soft furnishing, like the base of the bed or the carpet. As others previously complained about the smell in the same room (215), the hotel must have done something about it, e. g. deep, wet cleaning of the carpet. Or shouldn't put a guest without a dog into a rom, that had a sweaty dog before. I haven't slept all week as my neighbour was a noisy women with a dog and started to bang 5 and 6 am. The door locks are noisy, but she was even slamming them. I complained for a middle aged receptionist twice, but there wasn't a change. She first even denied it that someone was living in 216, but later I so a dog sticking its nose out when I was entering to my room . She was the only not so friendly staff. The pressure of shower was too low in the fitness area. I found the price too expensive for a sweaty, noisy room and I didn't even get an apology. The dinner was very good, but expensive, even whe I paid the menu in advance. Not enough that I didn't have a view from my window, but they didn't let me to sit by the window in the restaurant during my 7 breakfast and 7 dinner either, despite nobody was sitting at the window. The tables were even set backwards to the window, so I never could see the Mosel. When I told them, that it is unfair, it should be at least a few days that everyone can sit at the window, they weren't flexible at all. The high tourist tax partially was compensated by the gaste ticket which they didn't offer on their own, just because I found the info online.
Niet veel.
Kamer.

Service/ Azubi sehr unkoordiniert.
