Expérience très moyenne et beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité des chambres et des services

La piscine, l’ambiance zen

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais et était désagréable et pas du tout serviable, les chambres étaient vétustes et trop chères pour le prix payé. Ils n’ont fait le ménage que le dernier jour malgré les demandes répétées.

We had a great overall experience. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the pool and green spaces are lovely. The restaurant is also great, and we really enjoyed the food.

Cons:

Unfortunately, none of the employees spoke English, which sometimes made communication difficult. The breakfast was also too limited, with the same options every morning. The room keys were quite large and not very practical to use when opening and closing the door. Finally, the rooms are not well soundproofed, so at night we could easily hear noise from the neighboring rooms

Le jardin & la piscine sont très agréables. Proche du centre. Mention spéciale pour la personne en charge du restaurant, très attentionné (et qui parle anglais!)

Cons:

La qualité du service fourni n’était pas à la hauteur du prix: le ménage est fait de manière complètement aléatoire (parfois oui, parfois non, parfois à moitié) et la propreté des chambres laisse à désirer. Également des difficultés de communication avec les personnes en charge de l’accueil et des chambres… lorsque nous soulevions les problèmes rencontrés, la faute était toujours remise sur les autres, au lieu de simplement chercher une solution.

Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff and a very cool vibe.
Pros:

This hotel is a superb oasis in a beautiful bustling town. Just a few hundred metres from the busy cobbled streets of Alaçati, it's spacious and serene. The staff are so attentive, and they really looked after us all, during our stay. The lively music around the pool took a bit of getting used to, but in the end, it just added to the cool, relaxed vibe. There are so many sunloungers and sofas to relax on around the pool and bar area. In the evening, the pool area takes on a very different feel as all the loungers go, and tables are placed and set for dinner. The restaurant has a great choice of meals and all the food was excellent. Breakfast spread was good too. It's very easy to catch a Dolmus from outside the hotel to take you to any of the beaches North and South and also Cesme. We also arranged a private tour of Ephesus from the hotel.

Cons:

We got a bit of a drain smell in our bathroom in the first couple of days, but it soon went.

Wouldn’t stay here, wouldn’t recommend it.
Pros:

Property was located a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants

Cons:

Terrible customer service, front desk staff were very unwelcoming. Language barrier is expected but manage your frustration with guests we are all trying to make this work. Room was dirty, small and I think they forgot to make the bed with the mattress topper it felt like I was sleeping on wood. Although we gave reception our keys for room cleaning they didn’t clean the room. We also upgraded our room for our last two nights and our luggage was moved to our new room but kept outside the room… accessible to anyone who passes by. Anyways it’s a 3 star hotel for a reason I guess.

Havuz alanı ve otelin bahçesi güzel fakat odalar maalesef kötü.

3. Konaklamamız bu tesiste her seferinde bir şans vermek istedik ama bu seferki en kötüsüydü. Daha önce daha üst odalarda kalmıştık bu sefer 1 gece konaklayacağımız için standart oda seçtik. Odanın penceresini sarmaşıklar kaplamış ve içeriye ışık dahi girmiyor, havalandırmak için açtığınızda börtü böcek sinek ne varsa giriyor. Sivrisineklerden uyuyamadık. Bir sineklik taktırmak zor olmamalı. Odanın ışıkları aşırı loş, oda küçücük. Odalar temiz değil, klimanın arkası toz bağlamış 2 parmak. Daha öncesinde kahvaltısını pek beğenmediğimiz için kahvaltıya inmedik. Otelin en büyük eksisi hijyen ve odaların ısıksızlığı. Jakuzili odalarda karanlık. Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir yer maalesef.
