Las instalaciones, el trato excelente del personal, la higiene. Realmente todo muy bien.
Boa localização e cama muito confortável.
Café da manhã poderia ser mais variado. Banheiro não tinha prateleira para colocar itens de higiene pessoal.
La posizione, la colazione.
Mancava sistematicamente un asciugamano per la doccia e ci han dato solo un asciugamano piccolo per volta. Mancava anche il tappetino della doccia.
Il personale è disorganizzato al punto che mi han fatto pagare due volte il gettone per un caffè alla macchinetta perchè si scrivono una cosa per un'altra.

El lugar muy limpio, muy prolijo, se nota que les preocupa el orden y la limpieza.
La amabilidad del personal tanto de recepción como el equipo de cocina, puntualmente las chicas que se ocupan del desayuno, se valora.
Hubo un descuido que no nos gustó. Y que si bien reconozco que también fue de nuestra parte, entiendo que en mayor medida de la persona con quien hicimos el check in.
Llegamos cansados de hacer ruta y si bien el check in fue agradable se quedaron nuestros documentos en la fotocopiadora y no fueron devueltos.
Nosotros no nos dimos cuenta creo que porque estábamos deseando llegar a ducharnos y descansar. Pero atrás nuestro ingresaba otra pareja a hacer el check in y una vez se hicieran las fotocopias de sus documentos se vieron que estaban los nuestros alli (del check in anterior) y no nos avisaron en ningún momento. Siendo que en la noche bajamos 2 veces, tampoco quedó una notificación escrita de devolución durante la estadía ni al momento del check out.
Nos dimos cuenta cuando ya era tarde. Por suerte Estábamos en vueltas el lunes y pudimos resolver ir a retirarlos. Pero si tuviéramos un tramite por delante o fueran requeridos para cualquier otra cosa, hubiera sido un problema serio. Siendo que además llamamos por teléfono para avisar que íbamos a retirarlos y al momento de llegar no los encontraban.
Es un detalle de sencilla solución que pudo ser un problema serio.
