friendly staff, excellent location if using public bus and train. family run so it seemed refreshing and not touristy. very quiet and within easy walking distance of main attractions will definitely go there again

i am a vegetarian ; they could expand a bit on the breakfast. Not much of a selection but it was good and fresh.

Très bon séjour que j'espère renouveler une autre année...
Pros:

Chambre très propre, quartier calme. La proximité de la gare est un plus car on n'a pas à traîner sa valise. On peut prendre tous les cars qui partent de la gare pour les excursions.
Personnel très aimable; le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Je recommande vivement.

Pour moi, tout va bien, rien à changer...

Great little find for short stay in Lourdes.
Pros:

Very reasonable accomodations and good price. Bathroom was larger than most European bathrooms. Room was clean and breakfast had healthy options.

Cons:

We came back very late from 10:30 pm mass and building was closed up and dark. We called a friend who was staying at the property and she let us in. We were supposed to "leave" the key at desk. Our fault. Owner was really nice.

La Direction de l'établissement est charmante.

Pros:

Very close to the train station. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our group was late for breakfast and yet he made us coffee.

Cons:

There’s an elevator but there’s still an about 8 steps going up to our rooms. It was a bit of a struggle for seniors like our group.

In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf der "Hauptstraße" Richtung Grotte, wo es zahllose Restaurantoptionen gibt.
Das Zimmer war recht geräumit, Kofferständer vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht schlimm, aber gelegentlich merkt man doch das Alter ein wenig.
Dies zeigt sich besonders am Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel: Dort ist der Platz sehr knapp für moderne Autos, selbst mit unserem eher kompakten Mietauto war das Ausparken eine ziemliche Herausforderung.
