Categories

Cleanliness
4.5
Multiple reviews report foul/musty smells, cockroaches, dingy linens and worn towels; pool water and bathroom soap dispenser odor also mentioned — overall poor cleanliness.
Service
7.8
Several guests praise attentive, friendly reception staff and helpfulness; a few reports of unresponsive staff or poor attention balance this to a generally good but inconsistent service level.
Location
9
Consistently noted as a strong point — great location near transport/park and attractive surroundings; many guests explicitly cite location as a reason to return.
Room Quality
5
Frequent complaints about room odors, humidity, incorrect bed assignments, lack of in-room phone, poor views and uneven floors — rooms are functional but have notable issues.
Amenities
7.5
Pool and on-site restaurant/coctails are positives and frequently mentioned; some maintenance/cleanliness issues with the pool and facility upkeep lower the score slightly.
Value for Money
8
Several guests describe the hotel as inexpensive and good value for the price; basic comfortable offerings make it attractive for budget-conscious stays.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Restaurant and cocktails are praised (good quality and prices at happy hour); breakfast is often liked but occasionally served cold or considered not worth the add-on.
Overall Experience
7.5
Overall mixed-positive: strong location, good price and pleasant restaurant/service in many cases, but recurring cleanliness and room issues temper the overall stay.

Comfortable, relaxing and quite welcoming.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s not too far from the ADO bus station. The staff members were friendly and quite helpful. I enjoyed the pool and even though I didn’t manage to eat at their restaurant or use the spa I bet the services would have been great.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. No complains from me.

Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:
