Pros:

Cibo nel complesso soddisfacente! Camera carina con vista molto bella ma piccola!

Cons:

La Spa doveva essere aperta fino alle 20 mentre invece veniva spenta già alle 19 con noi all’interno! Ho provato diversa volte a prenotare trattamenti e quasi mai è stato possibile perché alle 19 volevano già aver terminato! Ho fatto presente questa cosa in reception e non mi è stato nemmeno dato un buono sconto per un trattamento o per un prossimo soggiorno! Ritengo che un 4stelle S dovrebbe avere un atteggiamento diverso verso i clienti! Inoltre come spa non è nulla di che!

What a lovely surprise!
Pros:

Lovely from beginning to end. Having never been to this type of property before we really did not know what to expect. The facilities greatly exceeded our expectations ! Food was fabulous! Rooms comfortable and immaculate! Staff friendly and helpful! But the array of spa options was truly astounding. Not to mention the setting in the beautiful Dolomites with seemingly endless recreational opportunities!

Luxurious spa hotel with the most welcoming team and stunning views!
Pros:

Bad Moos Resort was absolutely incredible. We stayed here for our honeymoon as we travelled through the Dolomites and we were over the moon with everything - the room was spotless, the food was delicious, the views were beautiful and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The spa and pools were perfect. Thank you Nicolò, Davide, Marina, Tommy and the entire Bad Moos team for making our stay unforgettable.

Pros:

Sorpreso dalla rifinitura delle stanze e delle aree comuni. La Spa è una delle migliori mai visitate. La colazione ricca e di qualità. Posizione privilegiata per fare escursioni o sciare. Personale top. Sempre disponibili e gentili.

Cons:

Non hanno aria condizionata nelle camere. Dovrebbero pensare di metterla, perche le estati sono sempre più calde. A non tutti piace dormire con le finestre aperte..

Piscina e SPA

Cons:

Camere molto molto piccole, molto più piccole di quelle che ho trovato in alberghi altoatesini di pari prezzo, e anche dí prezzo inferiore.
Cucina molto mediocre.
Adiacente alla strada e al parcheggio della funivia, quindi vista e dehors non piacevole.
Nessun servizio di sistemazione della stanza per la notte.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo

Che dire? Un posto dove tornare sicuramente
Pros:

Abbiamo passato una vacanza fantastica grazie al livello dell’offerta di questo magnifico Hotel. Ristorante con menù vario, piatti gustosi e una carta dei vivi non trascurabile; una particolare segnalazione va alla cura avuta per mia moglie celiaca cui non è stato fatto mancare nulla.
Piscina esterna riscaldata di fronte alle 3 cime, la ciliegina sulla torta, top!
