Categories

Cleanliness
9
Mostly praised (''czyściutki'', large clean bathrooms) but isolated reports of insufficient cleaning and bedding smelling as if not washed, so slightly below top score.
Service
9.5
Consistently positive mentions (''Personel na 5'', ''Obsługa bez zarzutu''); staff described as helpful and efficient.
Location
9.3
Frequently noted as a strong point (''super lokalizacja'', close to town/university and near transport), though not always fully central.
Room Quality
9.6
Strongly positive: spacious, well-designed, ergonomic rooms, comfortable large beds and good bathroom quality mentioned repeatedly.
Amenities
8.6
Mixed: good parking and bathroom amenities, quality toiletries; negatives include lack of fridge, no ramp/driveway for luggage, occasional Wi‑Fi login issues and paid parking.
Value for Money
8
Some guests felt price was high for perceived quality (explicit comment about poor quality relative to high price), so value scores lower than other categories.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast generally praised as abundant, varied and tasty, though there are recurring issues (cold dishes on one morning, shortages of cups/juice, chaotic service and limited evening menu/small portions).
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall very positive stays reported (''Pobyt bardzo udany'', recommendations, comfortable stays); minor issues did not negate generally strong guest satisfaction.
