It was an absolute pleasure, from the moment we walked in and were greeted by Gabriel, to our absolutely gorgeous room, wonderful cocktail at the bar and delicious breakfast. We cannot recommend more highly, and cannot wait to return.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was warm, welcoming, personal, and very professional. The staff spoke good English.
When we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of crémant, given an overview of the city and what to see there, and guided to our room, which, surprisingly had been upgraded. There, a delicious little cake was waiting for us, baked for my husband's birthday, and a very large, spacious, clean room with interesting details. The bed was super comfy. We could very easily have stayed there for longer.
We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was a small boutique hotel style buffet with good quality, and a great selection of delicious eggs prepared upon request. We also visited the Michelin guide restaurant and treated ourselves to the 5-course meal. It was pricey, but worth the experience.
We also visited the cocktail bar and enjoyed some specialty cocktails.
My husband complained to me that the only downside was that you couldn't plug the phone in next to the bed, but personally I think that's a bonus because he couldn't go to sleep doomscrolling. :)

Check in was not seamless, at 15.00 on arrival, our room was not ready, we were asked to have a drink on the front terrace for 15 minutes and we would be told when our room was ready. After an hour, we returned to reception to confusion by the new staff member who was not aware that we had already checked in but not been taken to our room, we found him a little rude
Our bag had been taken to our room but was not there, it took some time for staff to locate the bag
We feel that our check in was poorly handled and we we shown to the incorrect room, we paid for a "Deluxe" room but our allocated room was demonstrated on the website by photographs of cheaper "Classic" room, this was disputed by the manager when we raised the subject although he did offer to move us to another room
There were only 3, not very comfortable, pillows
The tiling around the bathroom was not immaculately clean, orange staining on the grout unfortunately

Accueil parfait!
Je wordt meteen in de watten gelegd. De service is top, personeel is vriendelijk, attent en heel goed opgeleid. Het eten in restaurant Le Plëss was voortreffelijk en eveneens heel goed personeel. De kamers zijn karakteristiek en smaakvol ingericht. Er stond een prachtig boeket in de kamer, een subtiel detail. We hadden een klein terras waar we heerlijk konden zitten. De auto werd voor ons geparkeerd in een veilige parkeergarage. We hebben ontzettend goed geslapen, niet onbelangrijk. En de wijn… zalig!
Er is niets te benoemen wat niet is bevallen.
