Pros:

La habitación, cómoda, amplia, iluminada, bien pensada para el uso de los pasajeros. Medidas respetables, tiene bidet. Excelente atención de todo el personal, especialmente con TIGER,amable, dispuesto a ayudar muy servicial. Buen asesor en todo lo que se necesita. Estuvimos en dos oportunidades. Muy recomendable

No tiene ascensor , lo bueno es que el personal ayuda a llevar las valijas a la habitación

I will come back there!
Pros:

Dream location, really! Close to center, close to all important things you'd like to see. Also close to restaurants, Cafe's, supermarket etc... Very nice personnel! Breakfast, the option bringing to your room, firstly I wasn't so happy, but later on I enjoyed so much! I could stay in pyjama and eat peacefully.

Cons:

The only thing, I think it's the old building and little air circulation, visible signs of mould on the wall. They are well covered, but some places you see. It's the only thing I paid attention.

Muy buena ubicacion, pero la tarifa es alta para el establecimiento.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion cerca de Piazza Barberini y la Fontana de Trevi. Eso es lo mejor. También el personal es amiable y hay cambio diario de toallas.

Cons:

Estuvimos en el anexo. Una entrada horrible, no hay lobby ni donde estar. No nos avisaron que no había ascensor. Nos dijeron que la Tarifa incluia desayuno en la habitación y no era así. Solo había una jarra electrica y sobrecitos de azucar y café. Recibimos compensacion por eso, despues de quejarnos.

Très bon emplacement et pas de bruit alors qu’on est dans un quartier très animé. Très bonne isolation des fenêtres.

Cons:

Immeuble et chambre tres vieillissant , literie mediocre , de nombreuses tâches d'humidité sur les murs et plafond et prix élevé malgré l'emplacement.

Location was very central but their annex was of side, in a small rather tired alleyway. On the day of our departure some work started in the alleyway , very noisy and dusty-should have been informed of the work before we decided on the room.

Cons:

Facilities -fridge wasn’t working-light was off but I assumed it’s only a bulb , left milk inside but next day realised milk was off. Main door to the annex had broken/loose handle -I was worried it will eventually come off.
We weren’t informed of the work being carried on the alleyway that had direct access to our room.

Location, location, and fab staff-thank you!
Pros:

Location and staff. They have done everything they can to make it a great place in a historic location. It has quirks,, but we understood because we wanted location. Concierge staff was FANTASTIC!

Cons:

View, and no chair in room. But we totally understood. Room was a bit small, but totally adequate.

Pros:

Horrible hotel a nightmare . To stat off when my parents and myself arrived the toilet wasn’t working . We went to report it . They claimed to be full . No one fixed it . We were told to go downstairs and us the main lobby bathroom or they would give us a black bag to do our needs then someone would come pick it up . Would you believe the inconvenience??? Like have being in vacation and having to go to the lobby to use the bathroom . And then to top it all off . The stay here is not cheap and this hotel needs a lot of work it is filling apart . Room full of mold filtration on the walls .

La cercanía con la Fontana di Trevi y la comodidad de la habitación.

Cons:

La regadera de la ducha no andaba, solo el duchador de mano, y dos días de los cuatro que estuve, se olvidaron de dejarme el menú para el pedido del desayuno, ya que el desayuno incluído te lo llevan a la habitación y hay que pedirlo el día anterior.
